Very bad service! Plus they trick you, allow to rent a car and pay it with a credit card, which the car renting is not accepting!!!! So they force you to cancel the reservation in tge moment you stay in the office to pick up the car, and don't give you any refund!!! This shouldn't happen!!! I called with they custermerservice, and they are not ready to help.

Dear esky team, from reading reviews online it seems you always do your best to rectify mistakes made on customers' bookings. I, myself am still waiting on an email confirmation and a valid coded e-ticket from you to confirm a flight I bought from Dublin, Ireland to Leeds, UK last March 12th. I have sent several e-mails to your company using both Romanian and Polish contact addresses requesting my flight confirmation and as of yet, have had no information sent to me. I pray that your company is still looking out for your customers and that you deliver on meeting your customers' needs. With hope, I still await a response with the relevant information from you. Lipseste un calendar al zborurilor disponibile cu preturi. Trebuie sa indici data si daca nu nimeresti pe zbor, iar trebuie sa cauti la intamplare un zbor disponibil. Nu e bine. Marja de cautare ar trebui sa fie mai larga. Buna ziua, Am nevoie de o cursa din Bordeaux spre Cluj intre intre 17..19 aprilie nu de oferte de vacanta. Am intrat pe pagina indicata de Dvs si iata ce vedem: In desfasurata nici nu apare aeroportul din Bordeaux, ci doar Lion, Nice si Paris. In mod normal i-mi doresc sa deschid ruta dorita si sa-mi apara un tabel cu date si preturi. Cu respect, Vladimir

It was very easy to reserve/buy a flight ticket. My request of changing the date of the tickets was solve very quickly. Very friendly staff and well prepared.

1. Any distinction between reservation and paying a ticket. I bought a 2way ticket and a "reservation mail" was sent to me. The mail had 2 attachments: ticket and trip insurance, both as pdf, but the ticket file was detected as corrupt file. The option to resend refereed the same file impossible to be opened. After half of hour of trying a contact by phone, someone from call center explained to me the mail itself is supposed to be the ticket until check-in, and a mail change when will be transforming it in boarding pass: simple information nowhere found on site. Annoying and supposed to be paid by some taxes including those for esky (sometime, when the tickets in promo, taxes amounts may overpass the value of ticket, but i accepted the situation). By the way, is not the first ticket bought here, I entered by habit, but some other similar platforms, have lower taxes for same fly, same company, same hour. 2. On any platform, if you authenticate as client once a process is started or a item is chosen, you may continue and find everything in basket and/or in your order list. Here, once chosen the departure date i entered my credentials and continued to find a fly. After payment ( a process long enough and my name entered at least 3 time), nothing in may orders history. At the end of the program, the transaction was done but very probable i will try next time another platform. Post Script: I understand to post and verify myself by mail, but after the reference no and mail, a request to signup instead of a simple submit review is an intrusion. Unnecessary.

Esky K6BZGN avoid at all costs. I put up an earlier review about esky and lack of customer care, I would actually say no customer care and they do there best to ignore requests, calls and never reply to issues raised on there complaint section. There Facebook community section is full of complaints all being answered by an automated service. My previous review got an answer to contact them, guess what I did and that was ignored as well
