Oct 23,2018No-one answers the telephone. I have tried phoning them on 5 occasions waiting for up to 55mins before putting the phone down. If you use their complaints email address you simply get an automated email saying that an agent will respond within 30 days (thirty days) and it refers you to phone their contact centre where no-one answers the phone. I will not make the mistake of booking any other flight through an obscure third party but will only book directly with the airline or through a reputable travel agent and preferably the former.

Oct 18,2018I have been calling ESky relentlessly today and no one picks up the phone. I am trying to fly tomorrow for a best friend's wedding, all booked and paid. I log onto their website and it says no booking. I only have an itinerary that's been emailed, no tickets, no booking code that works on either esky or flybe. This is such poor service. Now wondering how I'm going to check in, if indeed, I have even got these flights booked, despite paying. Wish I'd booked through FlyBe. UPDATE FOR ANYONE THINKING OF USING eSKY: I emailed the marketing email address offered in the below reply from eSky on TrustPilot. Sent all the details I'd been asked to, but they didn't sort it at all. Instead, the person redirected me back to customer service. I'd already emailed customer service several times and not had a response. Emailed them again. No reply again. Kafka's castle ...

Oct 17,2018Nightmare company. I booked flights and took out a service package to protect against cancellation of my flights. Unfortunately l had to cancel my flights due to unforseen circumstances. Now they don't answer the phone calls or emails l have sent. Be very wary of this company. Will never booked with them again. Is this the same company as esky.co.UK. l have sent numerous emails to esky.co.UK but l have not received a. response. Then they reply via trustpilot with a different email address which doesn't appear to be a recognised email address. Frustrated to say the least. Booking ref OF3VPT. I look forward to your reply. Hello again as previously stated l have been trying to contact your company now on 6 different occasions by landline and guess what no answer. Appalling service. You don't even Reply to my emails. Then my son contacts you via Facebook and you send him a message stating his booking cannot be modified even though he paid your company a service package to protect against this. Please do the decent thing and reply to mobile number provided in the booking as there is no point me ringing you again as you don't answer.

Oct 15,2018They never answer the phone and as read below I had a similar experience having googled easyJet ended up with this company without realising it. Would all have been fine if the flight hadn’t been cancelled and I was then unable to get a refund as esky had provided easyJet with incorrect information - despite managing to get send the boarding passes to the correct email with the correct info. I am now unable to get a refund or my compensation from easyJet due to this company’s incompetence and am unable to get a response from them to sort it out. Avoid at all costs.

Am umblat mult prin lume si am avut de-a face cu multe agentii si site-uri de calatorie; asta a fost o incantare din toate punctele de vedere! Personal extrem de amabil(EMMA), prevenitor, foarte bine instruit si informat - m-a ajutat sa obtin exact ceea ce imi trebuia repede si fara mult efort! Oct 09,2018BUNCH OF CROOKS Gave me a receipt and booking reference neither of which were recognised by the actual airline company Thai Airways. Tried to call them and email several times now to cancel and ask for my refund... NOTHING... They need shutting down!! and putting in prison because this is CRIMINAL FRAUD.. Just as a further looked at all to good reviews here on Trustpilot and I categorically state that they have been put up by eSky themselves.. Bunch of Scammers

Oct 01,2018Having googled easyjet I inadvertently found myself on the eSky site where I booked my flights. I needed to change the return flight, but I found this impossible via the website and was left on hold listening to music for 20 minutes on each of the 5 times I tried phoning. I finally gave up and booked flights directly with easyjet. Out of pocket £118. The moral of this story is "don't use eSky".

Sep 26,2018They're just a middle man that provide no helpful or additional services. They just spend money with Google to be the top search result and include URLs that make you think you're dealing directly with the airline. Their customer services is unhelpful. Would not recommend

Sep 20,2018NEVER BOOK FROM ESKY. They called me today (before my flight tomorrow) to tell me the price of my flight went up and I need to pay more money. I informed them that I will NOT pay. Not only this, but the lady I spoke too was extremely rude and barley spoke English. With that being said, they were trying to scam me for my money.

Nov 17,2018Just bought a ticket, gave my credit card details and paid , only to get an email from them saying flight is not confirmed and they are waiting for payment! Now have just seen the terrible reviews:(( C;early they are a SCAM company. Reporting them to UK Consumer Watchdog for Fraud. I sent them an email, very much doubt they will get back to me. Unforteunatky they are the first link to be generated when searching cheap flights to Bulgaria. Total scammers
