Even once the dermo roller is done the extra bit of massage she gives to the scalp just genienly feels better and more relaxing then others.

She was very nice and friendly and understood what went wrong and is very kindly rectifying this. She has got me a skin review with the manchester team at the earliest convenience and will be discussing what they can offer me so that i am completely happy and satisfied with my journey with este medical. I think this was a great approach from Sonia, extremely understanding and has definitely put my mind at ease. Thankyou Sonia i really appreciate your time and effort in helping me with this.

She has always made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Despite me feeling insecure about my nail condition she has always made me feel understood, heard and better in myself. My treatment has been a long journey and it is to continue. But that assurance from Flutra and the management Ozan has made me feel so much better. I always look forward to attending my appointment and have always felt uplifted after treatment. The staff members at the front desk are very welcoming, attentive and polite. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. Big shout out to Georgia who is just lovley and Aimiliana who made me feel very welcome. As a transgender female I can not thank them enough about how caring they were. I have a lot of experience of aesthetics clinics and this is the best yet. Let me add the great service and luxurious surroundings is fantastic for the value for money it is. Well done
