She’s also soo easy to feel comfortable with which is super important in my eyes. She instantly puts me at ease in every session and makes conversation which is good as sessions can be over an hour long. I’ve had a brilliant experience with Charley so far and look forward to continuing my journey with her x

Aug 11,2024I've had an incredible experience at Este Medical Birmingham. You will be stunned by the immaculate decor and seating area of the luxurious clinic as soon as you arrive. I feel at ease and that I'm in good hands right away because of the serene atmosphere. At reception, I'm frequently met by Inza, who speaks confidently and arranges appointments for me. Charley is the only practitioner who does all of my treatments, she is incredibly gentle and respectful. She has addressed all of my worries, suggested treatments, and explained the advantages so I can decide whether or not to proceed. I’ve never felt this comfortable with a practitioner, previously to becoming a client at Este Medical. I've never had an unpleasant experience, and have shown my results to everyone of my family and friends and suggest this clinic, since it has been nothing but the most beneficial. For laser, facial, skin and hair treatments, this is the place to go.

Everytime I book my next session it’s always with Charley she does her job really well very friendly ensure the client is always comfortable before treatment, whenever I have a concern I can always talk to Charley and she’ll give me further advice.

I’ve been having my treatment with Charley and honestly she’s a credit to the team! She’s so kind and so easy to talk to. I love whenever I visit Este as Charley has made my experience positive as I am not the most confident person she has always checked if am ok and talks me through the process. She put me at ease and made my experience with Este 5* for this reason alone.

Aug 10,2024I recently had a Morpheus 8 treatment with Fereshteh at the Birmingham clinic and I am so happy with the results. I was very impressed with my practitioner Fereshteh’s professionalism, and knowledge, she also reassured me as I was a little nervous about the treatment. She talked me through each step of the treatment and explained what to expect afterwards. The treatment itself was more comfortable than I anticipated due to the numbing cream used and Fereshteh’ technique. I would highly recommend her to anyone for this treatment. I have had several compliments about my skin since the treatment! Thank you Fereshteh for your fantastic care and incredible results!!

Aug 17,2024Today I was treated by Melek. As always we were greeted with such a warm welcome from all the reception staff who are always so lovely and smiling. Melek is so friendly and lovley. She always makes me feel so relaxed and welcome. She has a very professional approach and has exceptional attention to detail. She is very gentle and caring with all the treatments she gives me. We travel from Bedford every Saturday for treatment and it's a joy seeing all the staff here at Este and also seeing the positive results to, thank you Melek
