Sep 25,2024Its a scam! don't book with this terrible company. I was going to have rhinoplasty on December I was given the price of 6000 Euros by a consultant and I was asked to pay for 20% of the surgery however I told him that I would pay 10% of the surgery The date was getting close and I contacted Estetik, they completely ignore my several messages until I said that I will have to cancel my surgery since I haven't heard back from them Then a lady answer my messages and try to charge me an extra 3000 Euros extra. I told her that I wanted my money back as they were terrible at communicating and then she tried to rip me off with 3000 euros extra. she said that she will "honor the previous quote"however I said that I didn't trust this company and Id like a refund, they send me a broken link to request my refund after messaging them on a daily basis for several weeks they finally gave me a form to fill to request my refund, they replied that they decided to keep the deposit and don't give it back. The surgery meant to be in mid December I requested the cancellation on august.

Sep 24,2024ad two breast surgeries with Dr. B at Eastetic International in Turkey, and my experience has been deeply disappointing. My first surgery was in February 2023, and although everything seemed great at first, I soon realized the results were far from what I expected. I opted for 375cc round implants, but one breast sat noticeably higher than the other, and there was a 4-5 finger width difference between them, with the right breast shifting outwards. Dr. B assured me this issue would be fixed with a second surgery, so I agreed to proceed, hoping for a better result. While the second surgery in December 2023 was free of charge, I still had to fly back to Istanbul, covering flights, accommodation, and bringing someone to assist me, which added extra financial and emotional stress. Unfortunately, after the second surgery, the issue remained, and now in October 2024, the asymmetry is even worse. I reached out to Tahir, Dr. B’s assistant, to request a refund for the surgery, which cost me €6,500 (not including travel expenses). After back-and-forth negotiations, they agreed to refund only €1,500. Despite waiting months, asking for updates, and being told they were having “bank issues,” the money never arrived. Now, Tahir has stopped replying altogether, and no one from their office will respond to me. This entire process has caused me immense emotional distress. What was once a dream has turned into a nightmare. My advice? Be cautious about trusting influencers when it comes to serious medical decisions like this. They often promote these clinics without considering the long-term effects on patients’ lives. My experience with Dr. B and Eastetic International has been devastating, and I would advise others to stay far away.

Sep 13,2024Do not go to this clinic. I had hair transplantation in 2023. After one year no results. Whey you try to contact them after procedure they just ignore you. They will ask you to sign papers before to protect themself from failure. They simple take your money for nothing. Additional information. No one contacted me. I had to visit your clinic myself and your doctor sad they do not guarantee the result and this kind of result happens so if I have complaint I should do it by email. ( which I did). Your reevaliation committee whom I send pictures replied that procedure was extremely successful. I wonder how you assess your success. I can post pictures before and after 1 year photos online so we can ask opinions of the readers about your "extremely successfully procedure result".

Aug 10,2024I had 3 cezarian surgeries,tummy tuck was my fourth one. I was so scared of doing it I was looking almost for 5 years. The way I found the doctor was from friend of mine which did lot of drainage massages to patients of dr Bulent. She showed me the result. First time I talked to mr Auyub and he was so nice and explained to me everything that I wanted to know about the surgery, and then after I went in Turkey Daniela was with me the whole time. I want to thank all the staff from Estetik hospital they are the best. My suggestion and my only struggle was from the epidural because I already had problem with my spine otherwise I never felt the pain of the scar. Im 5 weeks post op and I love my body from the first day,im so satisfied with the work of dr B. Love u guys

Aug 10,2024Using an AI platform I searched for “best liposuction surgeons in Europe" and although Dr. B at Estetik International was the first result that came up, I had to see photos to believe it because I didn’t want to end up with a botched surgery. After seeing before and after photos, that his team had sent me, I was convinced that his work is as flawless as can be. In fact, I was flabbergasted when I saw photos of the 360 abdomen lipo from Estetik International, because it looks exactly like “mommy makeover”, but without the huge scar, more aesthetically pleasing and natural! I think this is due to Dr. B’s innovations in the field, his exceptional skill level, technique and the latest technology that they use at Estetik International. Dr. B and his team wanted me to achieve my unique, non-conventional aesthetic goals, and while he gives his professional opinion and recommendation, he doesn't impose this on you, unless of course there is a safety concern. In my specific case, I wanted him to remove more than 6L of fat, but 6L was the safety limit. He somehow managed to find a way to achieve the safety limit, without compromising quality while also keeping me happy by removing fat from all areas I had asked for. When I woke up from anaesthesia he showed me the fat-collecting receptacles as proof that he had removed the maximum amount possible which was within safety limits. The receptacle contained negligible amount of blood; an indication that tissues weren’t damaged as a result of the procedure. This was reflected by my insanely fast recovery as I was able to walk without assistance almost immediately. Given that I had liposuction of the inner knee, inner thigh, 360 abdomen and underarm, I think it’s really impressive. I’ve always hated certain body parts with accumulated fat as a result of my bad genes and because I don’t believe in the “body-positivity movement”, this was the best gift I could have ever invested in myself to feel truly positive about my body. I’m only 10 days post-op and a little swollen(which is normal & subsides) but definitely lighter and less wobbly nonetheless. I’m now learning to love my body for the first time ever, at 32! Overall, a super-positive, life-changing experience; the patient consultant/coordinator arranged relevant appointments and bookings for my surgery efficiently, medical/nurse stuff were supportive and understanding throughout, excellent communication and team-working skills between them, the result is what I dreamed of and my new shape is glowing! I recommend Estetik International 100%! They even went the extra mile by giving me manual lymphatic drainage for speedy recovery, healthy food at the hospital and stomach protector tablets to minimise potential complications. I feel privileged to have had Dr. B operate on me, but do keep an eye out for occasional discounts! I did some more research on him and the guy is not only a genius surgeon, but also a philanthropist - it feels good to know that at least some of the money I paid for my vanity are helping children in need. Thanks again Dr. B and his team! Update 5 months post-op: Results are maintained, lymphedema is in remission and I'm able to train for my favourite sport thanks to this procedure!

Aug 10,2024I have been to Dr. B twice now and both my procedures have been amazing. The staff go above and beyond from the time I was booking it in Canada, my whole time in turkey and followed up when I got back. Sabrina helped book it all before we got here and helped with hotels and restaurants and everything else we needed. Daniella was my host in turkey and she was so welcoming and sweet and made me very comfortable. The results both times are above and beyond my expectations. Dr. B himself is very humble and down to earth. I felt so comfortable in his hands. All the nurses and rest of the staff were so friendly and patient. I definitely recommend this clinic and I will be a client for life. I have no doubt I can age gracefully with their help for many years to come!

Aug 04,2024My entire experience was amazing. The Dr completely changed my shape. He gave me a natural but very aesthetically pleasing hourglass shape. He enhanced my bottom and hips by adding a 390 cc implant and transferring my natural fat from my stomach to shape me. He was able to create art using a description I gave him. Before arriving in Istanbul worked with Ahmed, an international representative of the clinic that helped me with a quote and details expectations of what to expect once I came to Turkey. Because I am an international patient ( traveling from Germany) Ahmed and the team at Estetik International arranged my transportation and hotel. Once I arrived, my care was coordinated by Imed, who was equally as dilegent in arranging transportation and providing me with an excellent stay. The facility itself s beautiful and so in addition to amazing results I was so comfortable and well cared for. My body looks amazing and in Leaving I felt like I was saying goodbye to friends.

Aug 01,2024Spoke via WhatsApp, sent pics for doctor and then paid deposit for FUE & revision rhinoplasty after agreeing potential results only to find out WhatsApp contact is just an office off-site to the hospital and the people aren't medical professional just a sales team. FUE was my 2nd procedure (had 1 in UK 10yrs ago) which i said make sure you don't over harvest the donor area and having recovered they clearly did making it look patchy. revision rhinoplasty was a disaster as on my arrival i found out 1st doctor hadn't even seen my pics (when i was told via WhatsApp he had )and then he said i have to have a CT scan at (my own cost 100eur) which was never initially mentioned so i had to get that done so a few hours later i came back for my consultation with CT scan on CD & told he was away on holiday (absolutely stupid) don't think they'd realised i had seen him a few hours earlier. I was given a different non English speaking doctor (a request i had made was i wanted someone who spoke English) and explained what i was after being realistic with my results with 2nd doctor. procedure was ok, nurses were very good and i paid extra to stay at hospital an extra night (btw Turkish hospital food is disgusting) and recovered in the hotel and flew home after 9days. Obviously the results take a while and having waited to swelling to subside ~2yrs. I've had a medical professional in the UK assess my results and he stated there is minimal difference from before or after pics (99% the same) apart from the scar he left on the bridge of my skin which hasn't healed because he tried to soothen a slight bump which the doctor did even thought i told him i'm not bothered about it . The things i said were important he totally ignored. Conclusion, absolute total waste of time and money to go with this company, the nurses and facilities are nice but don't be fooled by the building and the niceties your there to have a medical procedure so this basis choose a different company preferably one who doesn't scam you. P.S. i was given a translator which was useless as she didn't actually solve any issues just listened to them. I've tried to be clear as possible and hope this helps others make the correct decision.

She assisted with booking my hotel and pickup from the airport. Went the extra mile to show me around and also follow up to make sure I was doing well in a new city. At the clinic, Sevim Kaya was representative who went over the surgery procedures and requirement. She was very helpful and dedicate to her job. I still follow up with them 3 weeks later with prompt responses. I will be returning for another hair transplant in the future and hopefully I get to work with the same people again. I am extremely satisfied with the work the did. Thank you guys

Jul 26,2024I found my experience with Estetik International very frustrating, and if you would like to do something with them, I would like to warn you about what exactly you can expect from them. I went there to do septoplasty and breast augmentation; they were on the higher price side and looked very nice in the beginning. However: 1. They lied to me multiple times: - I was promised that I would meet my doctor one day before surgery and we would have a chat. “The doctor was busy,” so I met him 30 minutes before surgery the next day. They gave me only two options for breast implants to see, and the doctor decided on the size himself. I also wanted to do neck lipo, but they gave me a chin implant instead (I didn’t have fat there, but since the doctor only saw me on the day, he made the call). If it had been up to me, I would not have gone for the chin implant! - I was told that they work 24/7 and I would have all the required support. On day 5, complications started. As I learned later, I had an infection after surgery that caused internal bleeding. I tried to call my point of contact. When she finally answered, she said, “I will call the clinic and they will send a nurse.” Half an hour later, nothing happened. When we called again, she turned off her phone. The clinic was closed, and no, they don’t work 24/7. So I spent the night in the ER, almost died, and of course, they didn’t take responsibility for what happened. 2. They gave me the wrong-sized bra. I had bleeding scratches on my back after wearing it for 7 days. They gave me the proper one in Ireland, and it also reduced the amount of pain I felt. 3. When I came to have my stitches removed, the doctor didn’t put gloves on! I realized it when I smelled strong tobacco. 4. They didn’t even bother to take a next-of-kin contact! Although I left my husband’s phone number with my point of contact, when I got out of surgery, I texted him myself that he could come and see me. 5. I constantly felt under-informed. I think if I hadn’t asked questions, I wouldn’t have received any instructions. 6. My main language is English, but I have an Eastern European name. The staff was ignorant of that and just talked to me in Russian by default. 7. In the quotation I received, it said they would book a 5-star hotel. Not only was it 4-star, but the room we were booked in was tiny. The food in the hotel: one dish we ordered was undercooked, and my salad had rotten iceberg leaves. Cleanliness level: they never washed or vacuumed the floor in our room. The bed sheets had holes in them, and clean towels came with someone else’s hair still stuck on them. One time, a new “clean” bed sheet came with blood stains, and we called room service to replace it again. The gym didn’t have air conditioning, and the treadmill was broken. They sent me a form to contact the Patient Rights Department. Guess what—the form doesn’t work, and the “English” version is not fully translated either.
