Jun 15,2023If I could I would give zero stars. Estetik International took 1000€ deposit from me and didn‘t return it after cancellation of the surgery. Right after I had already paid problems came up. Suddenly the doctor demanded mammoplasty which was impossible for me to schedule because my flight was already booked and you can‘t arrange a check up like that in a couple of days. They didn‘t tell me about it before I paid. Also first they told me that I get a double room and another person can stay there with me free of charge. Right aftet payment they started bargaining with me about the room. Because of high demand they could only offer a single room and I have to pay extra for the double. Also they offered a middle class hotel only which had nothing to do with the advertised 4 * hotel. It went on like this until I felt like I‘m dealing with scammers. The hospital didn‘t send me a confirmation for the date of my surgery before I had asked at least three times. And still they had no clue about me and my scheduled surgery a couple days later. I contacted the hospital itself and they didn‘t know that I‘m going to be their patient and that I had already accepted an offer. So they offered me a much lower price for the same service. That was the point I understood that this hospital is highly unprofessional and only cares about my money and not about my health. I understood that I don’t want to trust this clinic with my life so since I had not received or signed a contract by that time I decided to step back and cancel the appointment. They tried to convince me to change my mind instead just respecting my decision and made up lies about misunderstandings, the clinic and Bookimed. Bookimed started ignoring me by the time I kept asking for my deposit. I paid 1000€, didn‘t travel to Istanbul and didn‘t get treated but to this day refuses to pay me back my money and didn‘t even send a bill. Don‘t waste your money, save a little longer and get the job done in a country where they don‘t betray people like that.

Infermiere eccezionali, mi hanno assistito in tutto e per tutto.. Che dire sono super soddisfatta.. Persona eccellente anche il chirurgo che mi ha operata.. mi ha seguito fino all ultimo giorno che sono rientrata.. Il consulente Essiano parla benissimo italiano,ti segue dall inizio fino alla fine.. Soprattutto dopo rientrati in Italia qualsiasi informazione o bisogno c'è sempre... Che dire.. Consiglio vivamente questa clinica.. Ci vediamo presto.. ❤️

Apr 20,2023From my first contact with Estetik International I was impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism and the support of my medical consultant, from start to finish. The support even extended to when I returned to the UK and had further questions. In Istanbul the transfers were well organised. The clinic is exceptionally clean, all the staff are welcoming and helpful. My surgery went very well and my surgeon explained everything with the help of my guest relations team member. The aftercare was fantastic. My surgery was 6 months ago, the scars are fading well and I love the results! Very happy 😊

Apr 20,2023The staff were extremely friendly and most compassionate. I was made to feel at home from the moment I arrived to my date of departure. I did not like the food on most days, but the nurses and my assistant made sure that they ordered food for me outside the hospital to make my stay more pleasant. The surgeon was also extremely thorough and made sure that we were on the same page with regards to my desired outcome. He put me at ease prior and post surgery where all my concerns were addressed. I was extremely happy with my assistant, Narmin. She became a friend and comforter during my days of recovery. Such a sweet soul…she even kept in touch even when I was back in my country. The hospital itself is clean, neat and all the staff members were very professional. I would definitely recommend this hospital to anyone wanting to go through a procedure and wanting world class after care.

Apr 18,2023I went to estetik international at the beginning of April for a Tummy tuck and 360 lipo. Would recommend this clinic to anyone. The pre op communication, the after care from the amazing nurses and post op care are outstanding. Let’s not forget my surgeon Dr Ozgur Hurkal who has literally changed my life. My results are amazing! Low scar, no infections, healing amazingly. If I could give this place 100 stars I would. I was scared going out to Turkey as you hear some horror stories but honestly you are in very very good hands, they really do care about your well being. I was sent for a lung scan before my op as I have a family history of lung cancer.. this alone put my mind at rest as many places wouldn’t be checking lungs and airways. If I ever get anymore surgery I will be going back here

Apr 18,2023Having surgery abroad is a daunting experience. I researched almost all clinics in Istanbul online and 'all roads' led to Estetik International. I nonetheless made an initial trip to Istanbul to check them out (I am a cynic - gotta see it to believe it:) and have a face-to-face meeting with Dr. Selcuk (best doc by the way!) I was instantly impressed by their professionalism, attention to detail, and overall pre and post-op. services. It was an easy decision to make! I arrived two days before the scheduled operation date - FYI, 1) They introduced the support team a week before my arrival, this team was available to answer and address any questions or concerns ahead of the operation. 2) Estetik has a door-to-door service, from the airport, hotel, and clinic for your stay so you do not have to worry about getting around. lab work was done a day before and surgery was seamless. I had a 2 day stay at the clinic for monitoring in a very comfy private self-contained room with a team of nurses 24/7. Post-op lymphatic drain massages, assistance to shower at the clinic, and check-ups after I left the clinic. Oh, I happened to be there for my birthday and would you believe it, Esthetic International had a surprise birthday cake, and the team rally around with congratulatory wishes!! They went above and beyond and made the experience seamless Thank you, Dr. Selcuk Aytac, and your amazing team!

Jun 19,2023I got the plaxpot procedure done to remove xanthelasma from my eyelids. Due to high triglyceride levels, I had these yellow cholesterol deposits around my eyelids and it was quite embarrassing for me to face my friends since the patches were very prominent. Then I heard about Estetik International - Istanbul through one of my friends. Right from day one of my inquiry till the day of my procedure and recovery, I never faced any problems. The procedure was simple and short. staffs were very cooperative. Dr. Cagatay Gungorson, is an excellent doctor. post-procedure, the scars disappeared in a short span of 15-20 days. overall I did not face any problems. A really easy process and a good experience. I would recommend them to anyone and would go back if needed. My best wishes to the entire team and keep up the good work !!
