Mar 02,2024I had a hair transplant procedure with Estetik International on 26th February and I am extremely happy with the service provided. From my first contact with Berk, to my departure from Istanbul on 1st March, the clinic has been extremely helpful and professional. Olivia in particular has been a constant help and a real pleasure to deal with (she even recommends some very nice restaurants to visit!). The team that performed my procedure, Dr. Muhammed, Sevda, Kaan, and Yasin were completely professional and friendly throughout, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The clinic itself is very clean, bright, spacious and modern, while the hotel collection service is prompt and efficient. Despite the beautiful clinic and modern, electric taxis, I hope the owners of Estetika International realise that their greatest asset is their employees!

Oct 11,2023Hi Everyone I am Mahmut Debbag.(live in London orjinally from Turkey)And I had hair transplantation done in this clinic.I am going to write you the bad experience about this clinic.Also, my fiance had her teeth done at this clinic and she had a very bad experience.We will share my fiancé's bad experience with photos in another comment. First of all, I would like to give you information about the failure of my hair transplant.I live in London and had a hair transplant in this clinic in January 2023.Transplantation was done on the sides of my hair. Because normally I had hair. I just wanted my temples to close and the transplant was done in that area.I told them that 3-5 months after the transplantation, the hair was still low in the transplanted area, and this clinic told me that the results were obtained in an average of 8-12 months.And now it will be about a year and I reported that the transplantation process was unsuccessful.I m not happy at all for this situation. And I went for a check-up at the beginning of September.When I went for a check-up at the beginning of September 2023, they gave me medication and those medications were unsuccessful too.When the doctor asked me if I had acne on my forehead, I told him that there was only one acne. And it is also in this picture i sent them.I told them that I did not want to use any other medication and that I do not want to waste my time.They sent me a form and I filled it out like end of September 2023.and they said that a assembly decision was required for revision.They said I had to wait.I told them okay and waited.Today, on October 10, 2023, a woman named Demet called me.They told me that there would be a revision due to acne on your forehead and that they would have to charge 11,000 Turkish Liras for this.But there was only one pimple on my forehead. I said that this was a lie.and I told her that it was still very rare on both sides. She insisted that I should pay 11,000.I said, it's your fault, don't try to cover up your own failure because of one small pimple.They did not accept it.Anyway, this is my bad experience with this clinic and please take it seriously.it was very bad experience.They dont accepted their mistakes and they just want to charge more .My fiance went through worse things; her face became infected while she was having his teeth fixed in this clinic.Please take this bad experience of mine seriously and do not send anyone you know to this clinic.To make this comment to you, I cut my hair short and I'm tagging pictures of about a year's worth of results.Please find the attached pictures. The pictures below are almost 1 year result. And they are very unsuccessful, please do not waste your time and money on this clinic. Mahmut Debbag

Jul 05,2023I had a breast uplift and implants in may 2022. Unfortunately I need revision. This company accepted that I needed revision two months ago but have now decided to completely ignore me on what’s app, email , Instagram. I paid a lot of money for this surgery as I felt I would get a better service and aftercare. This couldn’t be any further from the truth. All they care about is speaking with clients who are spending Money. There is no aftercare. The team are rude and ignore you. Shocking company I would not recommend any surgery from Estetik International

Jul 03,2023I am a male living in the UK who travelled to Estetik for Gynecomastia surgery and tummy/waist liposuction. The entire experience was as good as I could have hoped for. Estetik staff were very friendly and welcoming. My main contacts spoke very good English and were able to translate. The surgery preparation was reassuring, and I felt very well looked after in the post surgery experience. Estetik do say to expect the final result 9-12 months after surgery, which I found to be true. A special mention to Berk who was brilliant at responding/answering questions in the months before and after, and Rihab who was responsible for me onsite. Thankyou! I have no hesitation to recommend Estetik.

Transfers and hotel was provided as promised and the hospital was very nice. Surgeon and nurses were excellent during my stay. I would use again if needed.
