Apr 19,2023Product is fine but came without a nut and a bolt which should have been included.Called the company on several occasions but no one picked up the phone. I left a message giving order number issue and my name but no one has contacted me. This would make me reluctant to use them again.

Apr 14,2023Ordered a composter over 3 weeks ago, no confirmation of sale or where the item is. I keep calling and emailing and being told it’s with the delivery company. Not very helpful customer service, I’ve specifically asked for tracking details but they won’t provide until delivery company “confirms route”. Really disappointed

Apr 10,2023I am still waiting for my order after 1 month, I have had 2 e mails telling me it is being prepared and after a query e mail I was told to try and phone but they are very busy. To say I got this e mail to rate them before I have received anything is beyond a joke.

Would have liked an estimated delivery time at point of ordering but staff helpful when contacting them with regards to this. Would use again
