After 4 phone calls and 3 promises there is still no sign of the compost bin ordered in February. The dispatchers are blamed but now I just want my money back now.

While there seemed to be a longish delay from order to communicating the expected delivery date from then on everything went great. A delivery date was provided and met. using a great courier partner who gives you time slots fro delivery is also good. The product looks good and is waiting for me to accumulate enough material for a start up very soon. Instructions seem good so cant wait to get started.

Bought three Blackwall composters, having had past experience of similar vs cheaper, less robust models. Prompt delivery, and a high quality product at a fair price. Had tried to buy the same from EvenGreener the previous year, but eventually cancelled the order due to supply problems which seemed to affect all including alternative distributors. Eventually came back to EvenGreener, and happy I did so.

Ordered from the website which was nice and easy. Delivery was on time but there was a bit broken off on the lid. This was reported a replacement was sent out immediately and received a week later. In the meantime it took me an hour to install the water butt all holes were pre cut and threaded. Just needed to orient the butt for convenience, install the diverter and make sure that all seals were nice and tight but not over tightened. The 3 part stand worked and within a couple of days the butt was full to capacity (168 Litre) from a small garage roof. I on't need to do any watering now due to all the rain but I have a good reserve of rainwater for later in the season. Might get another one to link up with it for double capacity.

My water butt was weeks underway, and when I checked the tracking number, it said the parcel had been returned to Mosaic (Even Greener). Puzzled I sent an email, and got as a reply that the order was being sent to me. A few days after an employee wrote to me replying to the same email whether I still wanted my water butt. I replied "yes, please, asap, please", but had no reply. Now just hoping that my water butt will arrive in the next few weeks, otherwise I'm back to square one.

Water butt arrived with broken lid and holes badley cut out of top of lid, which I do not want as they will allow debris/leaves into the water & which would scratch/cut someone not aware of the rough cutting. No reply despite 2 telephone calls and 2 emails, also took long time to deliver

I cannot comment yet on the quality of the water butts but I have been disappointed in the delivery. I received no notification of the delivery either from Even Greener or DPD. We were away and after two failed deliveries the goods were returned. I received no emails at any point but found two DPD delivery slips. I had to assume it was from Even Greener. I contacted Even Greener who co firmed the goods had been returned and agreed to resend them and assured me I would be notified of the delivery day but again nothing. Fortunately this time we just happened to be in but it makes me hesitant to order from them again.

I have previously bought 6 water butts from EvenGreener so had no hesitation to order another 4. Delivery was within the stated times but sadly one butt was missing together with the connection kit. An email resulted in the missing butt being delivered over a week later but still minus the connection kit. Assured that it would be forwarded but still awaited. A rather poor experience this time hence the grading, but the products are well made and good value.

One star is too many. An awful experience. Waited and waited and waited for delivery. Advised several times that it would be delivered within a timeframe for it to fail. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Great selection of water butts on their website. I ordered the Harcostar 227 Litre Green Water Butt Double Kit. It took 3 weeks to arrive which was longer than I would've expected; in fact I had to chase them. It should've included a water butt linking kit but came with an extra rainwater diverter instead, which at least I could use to link the butts. Both butts have leaked and so I had to silicone around the water taps and nuts at the rear. Not ideal, but many water butts are like this unfortunately. Connecting to the downpipe so that they don't overflow has proven challeging so far; work in progress! Probably wouldn't order from them again unless I couldn't get what I wanted cheaper elsewhere. On the plus side they did respond to emails and were supportive.
