Oct 25,2021Original order was not delivered by courier. Get Composting were very difficult to get hold of by phone, however when I did manage to get through could not have been more helpful. Second delivery issued and received within days.

Despite being told that I would receive my order a while ago, it has still not arrived, nor have the delivery company received it from Evengreener, despite them receiving documentation. I will give it a few more days then pursue the matter, but I am not best pleased at present, which is a shame as I have used evengreener before and found them to be brilliant

Oct 24,2021The water butt which I ordered arrived safely and earlier than expected. It would, however, have been helpful to know in advance that the carrier had a different name and no reference to Evergreen so I was puzzled as to what was being delivered to me.

Oct 24,2021Not used the product yet but I am sure it will be ok. I think the delivery charge is expensive when the product could have been posted through the letter box. Courier said delivery would be between 11.30 & 1.00 pm eventually delivered around 5.30 pm

Oct 24,2021Bought a waterbutt from Even Greener. It arrived promptly and was much easier to assemble than anticipated, particularly the attachment to the down pipe, thanks to clear instructions and pre-drilled holes in the butt. Would definitely recommend.

Oct 22,2021Very pleased with the water butts but unfortunately the downpipe diverter kit doesn't go large enough for the pipes on my building. I thought 100mm would do it but it really needs 110mm fit. A work in progress, but the butts will work eventually.

Oct 22,2021I've run into a problem here. The water inlet is slightly higher than on the butt I'm replacing - I figured they'd all be standard. Either I will have to replace a section of the water downpipe, or else cut a few centimetres off the plastic base. I'd advise checking this detail before placing an order.

Oct 21,2021Carrier, on delivery, appeared to drop the waterbutts out the back of the lorry without any thought to damage. Waterbutts were scratched in a couple of places, possibly due to this treatment or possibly from the factory?

Oct 21,2021We’ve bought two double butt sets from Evengreener in the last year. Good value and delivered on time both times. The second time we had a minor issue, a part was missing, but after a quick email it was sent pretty well immediately. We are very happy to recommend this company.
