Mar 29,2022Further to my review below (order number 3563769) about avoiding these people, I received the composter but the wrong colour. I ordered black, and received a green one. And it came without any packaging or paperwork which is even more dodgy. After all the complaints and emails, this means they've still not got things right. I can't even return it because of the lack of paperwork and there's no details on their website about returns/refunds. This is ridiculous. So I stand by my review. Please avoid this company at all costs, purchase from a garden centre instead and save yourself a headache. I want my money back so I can go buy what I ordered.

Mar 16,2022I was slightly wary of ordering from evengreener as I was unfamiliar with them. I ordered two water butts and they arrived ahead of schedule and I’m very pleased with them. The fact that the items are manufactured in the U.K. is a huge plus for me. I had to contact the company to raise a tiny issue of a missing part and it was resolved without hesitation or issue. I would definitely buy from them again and would recommend.

Mar 11,2022Seriously worried I have placed order with a scam website. I received only a weird email from 'info' with a question mark where their initial letter should be. The email contained only a pdf attachment and my security software warn me not to open it as it is potentially a scam/phishing email. I have twice rung Evengreener to try to speak to someone but I waited on hold for ages before receiving a recorded message that all the assistants were busy on other calls and to leave my contact details. No-one has rung me back. I have emailed too. If their website is genuine then their system looks very dodgy. It is now Friday afternoon so no hope of hearing back until Monday. I am glad I used a credit card so that I can recover my money.

Mar 07,2022I ordered 2 bokashi bins (bokashi bran included) for less than the price of a single bin elsewhere. The bins arrived within a few days. I have been making bokashi compost for a couple of years with a homemade system and I'm excited to see how these fair. Looking really promising so far.

Also don't really appreciate receiving an email whereby the introduction is my surname, no 'Dear' in front or title such as 'Ms', just the surname...a tad rude really.
