Feb 13,2022One of the waterbutts purchased nearly 5 years ago developed a leak. Since it was within the 5 year guarantee period I phoned them to request a replacement, not having much hope it would actually happen. To my surprise customer services offered to send one within 2 weeks without a quibble, merely asking for my order number. It actually arrived within a few days, very impressed. I had asked for it to be left by our back door if we were out which is what they did.

Feb 13,2022Good products and communication but delivery service lets this organisation down. Delivery dates were not kept and a base was broken. It was replaced but even that delivery date was extended.

Feb 06,2022Great service, exceptional delivery. Superb product. Highly recommended. Love this company as it has the best prices and best service. Only downside is the very short piece of connector pipe which is useless, meaning you have to order more. Enengeener too expensive so ebay purchase. That's a stupid thing to fall down on. All that's needed is 500cm instead, it's a no-brainer.

Jan 30,2022I ordered the Mini Rainsaver linked water butts. They were delivered sooner than expected and were installed without any problems. They seem well made and I am hoping they will last a good few years. The stands for the butts are a bit wobbly but I am sure they will be fine when the butts are storing some water and have a bit more weight.

Great child proof lock on the lid, perfect for our community garden. Better quality and design than butts and accessories available in regular stores that lack any interest in sustainability.
