Feb 19,2025Stay away! I have ordered previously twice from them with Cameron and everything was fine. Now I had to interact with both Jake and Daniel and they have had me on a wild goose chase! I have been trying to reach anybody from this company since January, no one is monitoring their info inbox and their manager could not be bothered to pick it up either. After calling twice in one day angrily, I finally got around to him. I asked him if they had a different supplier for one of the items i ordered previously he said no it's the same one. I was very clear to them that this has become urgent, but they kept insisting on getting a PO prior to putting an order in production (this is for £300!!!! so no customer trust whatsoever, even if we have had previous dealings). So I had to go through my company process which takes a while to get a PO, finally get a PO and then I am told that the initial supplier does not do this item anymore, even though I already asked in the beginning if they had a different supplier! So obviously they wanted more money, I had to go through my hoops again to amend the PO, and all they could say is basically "It is what it is". Shocking and will not order again!

Jan 21,2025I came to Everything Branded after being ghosted by a competitor when asking for a similar item to be produced, so I didn't have very high expectations to start with. However, I was very impressed by Everything Branded's responsiveness and willingness to iterate the design until it met our exact expectations. May was our liaison through the whole process and was prompt in her emails and not afraid to pick up the phone to clarify when necessary. When the finished product arrived, our office was very happy with the result. I will never go back to using that competitor anymore, and will make sure all our merch comes through Everything Branded from now on!
