Jan 17,2022Requested a repeat order. Sales person sent through the information to confirm the repeat order and an image of the pen with our logo on. i told him to proceed with the order. 2 days later he sent through an order confirmation and asked me to sign. the order confirmation had an image of the pen, it looked the same as the paperwork sent two days earlier and so i signed it. when the pens arrived the our logo was much smaller than the previous order and cannot be read correctly. advised the sales rep that i had wanted a repeat order but the logo was too small. He then stated that they had changed suppliers and that's why it was a smaller size. At no point did they advise they could not complete a repeat order. I requested to get a replacement order for the correct size logo and they chose to go down the road of relying on terms and conditions instead of accepting that it was not a repeat order and the pens are not fit for purpose. I had several large orders to place but will not be using the company again. 18/01/2022 - In response to your comment below. he sends the image for the repeat order on one day i tell him to proceed with that then he sends what looks like the same image (it is difficult to tell the size of a logo from a piece of paper) 2 days later and as i mentioned as he had not stated any changes to the 'repeat order' then i assumed the second one sent through was the same. He should have stated that he could not complete a repeat order as the size of the logo you can now produce is smaller. if he had advised of this instead of simply sending through a document that looked virtually the same as the repeat order document he had sent two days prior all of this could have been avoided. You can see what has happened and it is frustrating when you don't communicate it correctly and then go back to talk about terms and conditions. That's not how I would do business, i would have accepted that how you had dealt with it with not stating it was a repeat order was an error and make a suggestion. At the time of writing nobody has been in contact to discuss anything. So assuming you are sticking with this tact, the pens will be going in the bin as not fit for purpose and i will be unable to use you for the future orders we had.
