Dec 28,2021Even 1 star is too generous for this incompetent company! I placed an order with Mehul who was very helpful. I reiterated many times that the products were required for that week (very short notice I know) but Mehul assured me I would have them no problem. To accommodate the request, I even said that 1 sample piece was enough for the end of the week to allow our company to take pictures for a big promo. Mehul again reassured me that the products will arrive by the chosen day. Of course on the day, they didn't arrive. Instead I received an email asking me to confirm my final order...an order that had already been confirmed and paid for. As it was too late to receive the products I tried calling Mehul many times. Everyone at the company bar Mehul spoke to me and reiterated that my request wouldn't have been fulfilled and Mehul was wrong to insist it would be. I requested a refund - which was authorised but I was told it would take up to 30 days to receive. It's been well over 30 days and still no refund despite sending Mehul, the accounts manager, several emails. Overall, save your money and time and go directly to a professional company who know what they're doing and aren't focused on scamming their customers like Everything Branded is.

We contacted them at very short notice as we had been let down by another well-known branding company last minute and Mehul has done everything he could to make sure we still met our deadline. Very happy with the products they are of great quality and the printing is perfect. Will definitely be returning in the future!

Chased 6 times for a quote (4 emails and 2 telephone calls) waited 5 days now and finally received a quote. There was nothing on the quote which I'd asked for. Be very dubious about all the recent 5* ratings, I cannot believe they're legit. Will take our custom elsewhere.

Dec 08,2021Excellent communication from Ross, very quick responses to emails, including a few changes from me that Ross looked after very professionally. I received the product in the time that I was told and quality of product with printed name on it was better than I was expecting, so very happy and already planning my next merchandising purchase. Once I find a company I can rely on, I stick with them and it is a rare find these days to discover such a company and I can say this is a good example. Many Thanks Ross Burns Footwear

Dec 08,2021Vishal helped with the design, contacted me a couple of times and was generally very professional in following up our order for a thousand printed balloons. However, where he really shone was in keeping the situation under control when the carrier failed to deliver (which was eventually found to be because the carriers own tracking system had us wrongly located). After following up more than once, he got the carrier to locate us and deliver just in time. Thanks, Vish.

Muzi was extremely helpful and could not of done enough to help me. He worked tirelessly and ensured we had the very best customer service. It is very hard to find an honest company with such a valued member of staff.
