Apr 08,2017I worked with Emma and Noreen throughout the booking and planning process of our trip to Tulum and they were both so helpful and lovely. I probably drove them crazy with all of my questions, but they handled it beautifully and always responded with answers quickly and assured me that all was going to be perfect for my birthday getaway. And it was!

All the booking arrangements were straight forward, to the point and handled promptly. I would definitely use their services again and recommend to others.

Mar 19,2017Noreen was great. There were a few things it would have been nice to know in advance but nothing she could have known. For example average price for a meal out is $50 US per person. The grocery store is on the other side of the island so prestocking as much as possible is important for your first night and following morning. Charge for prestocking fridge was 20% not $25.

Mar 14,2017A note of thanks for the amazing week at Waterside 405. Brian and I had an incredible time, and wanted to express our appreciation for all that you and your Barbados based team did! From our arrival, you had everything covered, starting with groceries and cold drinks stocked in the fridge. If we needed dinner reservations or attraction advice, a rental car or taxi, you had us covered! The villa was clean, beds were comfortable and all was exactly as the photos. The location was extraordinary, as we watched sunsets at night and fishing boats in the morning. We loved walking the pristine beaches, and floating in the oceans waves or pool, in the afternoon. The location was outstanding, we could walk easily to the area’s amazing restaurants and the Paynes Bay Fish Market, home of the freshest tuna, in the world! They even tell you how to prepare and cook like a gourmet Bajan chef! With gratitude, I recommend Waterside 405 and your group, as the ultimate team for making dream vacations come true!

She showed concern for our safety and the clarity of our arrangements and had never-ending patience for unexpected difficulties with our credit cards and our changing dates. Working with both Noreen and Sean was a total pleasure. I'd recommend them highly and without hesitation. I'm sure we will look them up again.

We felt well taken care of, and we all adored Sea Glass Villa with its amazing views, space, pool, and decor.

When it comes to my personal holidays and events, the last thing I want to do is more planning - it takes the relaxation and fun out of holidays for me. Sadly from my daily experiences I have exceptionally high standards and expectations - perhaps too much! Exceptional Villas have been the most amazing team from the enquiry stage, I have felt like one of my own clients and I have found them pro-active, supportive, reactive and super professional and courteous. Nothing is too much for them and I wouldn't book a holiday without them now. In a few simple steps they have booked my villa, my groceries, my car rental, my VIP airport arrival and departure through customs, my airport transfers and even my friends ground travel who arrives mid-way. They sent through proposals for restaurants and tours and ultimately are there to ensure I have the best holiday. I am so relaxed before leaving this weekend and I cannot wait to get to Barbados.
