Jun 27,2017Exceptional Villa's took great care of us every step of the way. The Tryall Club specifically in Jamaica was amazing and the sunset villa was 5stars with incredible staff and cooks. Make sure you ask for Anthony to be your host at the villa he was on top of everything we needed and went above and beyond for his service on behalf of his entire staff who were great.

You always wonder if it's safe or good value - and this was BOTH! Everyone on the team, from Niamh and Julie to the local contacts and concierge made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision to book through EV. They did all they could to ensure we found the right place, for the right price, and we had all our needs taken care of before arriving and while on the island. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a beautiful place to stay, and have full confidence that our next "dream villa" trip will be booked with them. Thank you so much to all!

On both occasions we have been treated in a friendly, efficient manner and nothing is too much trouble. Noreen and Aine are a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for making the booking of our holiday an enjoyable experience. We can't wait to see our villa in St Lucia and to relax by the pool. May 26,2017We haven't even gone on our trip yet....but Julie Kirby has been absolutely amazing to help us organize everything, answer all our questions (and there were many) and make us feel so comfortable before we even left! We will definitely update this review with how well everything went :) June 8/17 - Update as promised. We just got back from our trip and things were so much better than expected! The transfer that Julie had arranged for us was seamless and the drive to the villa was beautiful. We booked at Ocean's Edge and it was perfect. Pam was our cook and Julieanne was our housekeeper. These women are phenomenal! Ask Pam to make her rum punch for you and you definitely have to try her macaroni pie. I travel quite a bit and this was by far the best trip I've ever taken.

Planning the vacation was very enjoyable, as Julie made all our arrangements and took care of any concerns we had. Our vacation to Barbados was the best vacation because of Paul and Julie. Apr 27,2017This is the second time that I have used Exceptional Villas to find a villa in Barbados. I cannot say enough of the excellent care that Yvonne and Julie have given me. The recommendation on which villa would be suitable for my preference have been exemplary. I especially like that no recommendation is given unless they have personally visited the villa. In 2015 we stayed in Leamington Cottage in St. Peter; to say the least it was wonderful. Because our first experience was so great we relied once again to trust Yvonne and Julie. Any question I have is always promptly answered. On May 2nd 2017 we are traveling to St. Peter Barbados where we will stay in a 3 bedroom villa, Latitude Villa. I have no doubt that this will be another great experience because it was recommended by Exceptional Villas ( Yvonne and Julie). I highly recommend Exceptional Villas to help plan your travel.
