Apr 11,2024I am so proud of myself that I took a chance and trusted Lukas to assist me transport my car from Colorado to Seattle. I was skeptical and afraid for my car but Lukas was able to gimme the best driver , very fair price and kept kept communication open with me till my car was safely delivered to my sister without a scratch! I totally appreciate his genuine and unwavering effort to serve me so professionally! I usually never do reviews but I feel I would be withholding much needed help to someone who might not be sure who to contact if I don’t review Lukas and so here I am spending my most valuable time on him as he did for me! Mar 28,2024Zack Brown was my broker and he worked really hard and stayed patient with me to get my vehicle shipped. The actual price was much higher than my quote, but weather factors and a slow period on my route had a lot to do with that. I was nervous about scammers, but everything went extremely smooth once we selected my route driver. There was no instance of asking for more money or raising the price. The price I agreed upon was the price I paid.

I was contacted by at least 12 companies offering to help me ship my truck..Lucca was by far the most polite and consistent in following up to check with me..I decided to use Fairway because Lucca was so on top of things..Unfortunately the transport company was horrible...We had a lot of problems with them..As a Real Estate Broker I can tell you It is real easy to look good at your job when the transaction is smooth w no problems .But this carrier was awful !! Lucca was there listen to my complaints and do everything he could to fix things..I even remember getting a text from him at 1:30am ! This guy is fantastic !!
