He was polite, patient, professional, and extremely helpful in finding a driver within my time frame and budget. He stood out from all the other people that reached out to me from other companies due to his transparency and attention to detail. I was kept updated throughout the process, and was made fully aware of what to expect. I will definitely recommend him and this company to all my friends. He truly is the perfect representation of excellent customer service.

Transport went smoothly and was delivered in less time than expected. We were very satisfied with the experience and would recommend this company and Jerry Wilson made it less stressful than than it could have been.

Things gotta a little wonky when a driver and Jerry got the delivery dates mixed up, but he helped lock in a new driver and got two vehicles to destination in time he promised and that was key to me. Jerry did his job!

I will use this company again in a heart beat. I also like the company's payment policy. You pay the reservation fee when they get you a transport then pay the remaining balance upon delivery. Keep up the good & honest working ethics.

Aug 22,2023When you’re searching for a shipping company I hands down recommend this company. As our company is growing we purchased 16 new trucks and used these guys for all the loads. Super efficient, responds quickly, gives updates throughout the entire shipment, checks in to see that they was delivered in a timely manner and safely, and found the best quotes that suits our company!! I worked with Harris Ivy for all of the shipments, mind you we shipped to Dallas, Houston and two shipments to Denver, and I couldn’t find a better person to correlate all this with. I just want to end this review with if you want to ship any vehicle and want a determined company to fit your needs reach out Fairway!!

Aug 12,2023Jerry came in to save the day for me. I had signed papers with another company 3 weeks ago and the day before they doubled the price we agreed on, I was so mad! Out of no where I received a text from Jerry inquiring if I had shipped my car already, I picked up the phone made a call to him and boom! 3 weeks of planning down the drain. Jerry stepped in and got it done in 3 hours! at the cost the other company initially quoted me. When I say done I mean 2 phone calls, paid deposit and the car was picked up that night! That is service. Jerry is the BEST! He was kind, polite, motivated and followed up to make sure everything went smoothly. I Absolutely reccomend! Thank you Jerry!

Aug 08,2023They quoted me a price on one car then we didn't get that car. Jerry kept following up with me to see if we found another car. Once we did, he quoted us a rate and I paid my deposit but then the rate kept changing....by double! They delayed my shipping for over two weeks and I finally had to call another company that will have it done in less time and less money. I was so angry, that I spoke with manager Luca and he assured me that he would take care of it and call me back....but I had to keep hounding them to see if they found a driver yet. Then finally, he never called back. BUYER BEWARE.....AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! And google them....not found.... fairwayslogistics.ORG but the site is not real, no twitter, no facebook, no instagram or linkedin....as it suggests. The other reviews even says made by John Doe! Cannot believe I fell for this scam!!!

Jul 29,2023Though the actual price is not the same as the quote, Harris did help me negotiate with the driver to get a better price. The entire process is much faster than I expected. For almost 2000 miles distance, the car was picked up on Monday afternoon and dropped off on Thursday. I really appreciate the service and efficiency.
