Mar 12,2024My name is Mark. I received a quote of $350 for my 2015 VW Convertible to be shipped. I was very sure and Frank was very PATIENT and I FELT THAT HE HEARD ME. Today, I discovered that I was not going to ship the car 🚗 and instead I was going to sell it. It is a terrific car and I truly hope that the person who buys it will enjoy it. It is very wonderful because it gets between 38 to 45 miles per gallon; it uses Diesel Fuel and is very quiet. The reason for the difference in mileage has to do with the weather. In the warm weather, the mileage is higher and in the cold weather, it is lower.

Feb 20,2024Shawn went above and beyond in the transport of my son's car. I had never shipped a car and I didn't know what to expect. Shawn was great at reassuring my concerns by explaining the process to me. He was available and responsive to my texts the whole time the vehicle was being transported. I picked this company because when they first contacted me via email and text, Shawn sent not only the quote but all of the info of the company, and was very professional and honest in communication. I had the quote but also was I formed it might go up a d it did but not by much at all. Also he found a really great driver. The driver was also very professional and friendly. Overall they deserve a 5!!!

Feb 08,2024This is a scam company, they canceled me the load,as if the customer was not ok with the delivery time,but I had the conversation with the customer and he was fine. This company posted the same load again and I tried to use the different phone number to book it, so the delivery time was ok with the low price. They dispatch the loads without contacts, they bargain on the price to the different companies at the same time and cancel the sent orders to the carrier.

Jan 31,2024I have never used a transport company. I didn't know what to expect nor did I know who to go to or trust with a very expensive purchase. I came across this company and a gentleman named Jerry. I was extremely patient with our 1000001 questions, always (and I mean always!) picked up our calls, 7days a week, even when with family. He showed genuine interest in helping us, and guiding us, and being honest with us. Although weather conditions and carriers services and a barrage of other factors play a part in pricing and delivery, he offered the best prices, best rate, best delivery date, best options, all clearly and thoroughly explained to two highly anxious people... He was calm, happy, enthusiastic, caring and showed a sincere desire to help us (transport a very expensive car, over 2000 miles) We are 100% satisfied with Jerry and all that he did for us, during a time of uncertainty. He made us feel comfortable. We literally trusted him with our info, our credit card, our purchase, and pulled thru... He is awesome! Should we ever need any service for a future car purchase or shipment cross country, will most certainly contact him. -Eric
