Mar 25,2020I book a round trip ticket from Laguardia Airport to Fort Lauredale.for one week. The Governor of Florida has came out that there is a two week stay for people entering Florida from New York City. I call the customer support at 1-800-965-5819 and the telephone is out of service. I then call their online call at 1-844-307-7306 where I talked to four representatives. I told them that I only book a one week stay and cannot stay two weeks. Each of the representatives put me on hold and after a minute, the telephone was disconnected!!!!!! Next time when I book a plane reservation, I will make sure that I am talking to Jet Blue representative not Faremart!!!!!
