Feb 13,2019Mr. Love did an amazing job. We had difficult travel plans including My wife and I departing at different times than our children. Our children were to be accompanied by Grandparents who would be returning on different dates than the kids and my wife and I. This cause the online system to want to charge us for unaccompanied minors. Mr. Love painstakingly worked through finding us the best rates and getting the children booked as accompanied minors, which saved us about $1000.00

Feb 11,2019Jessica was amazing! she went above and beyond the night she booked my trip my bank's computer system went down so my debit card kept reading error i had Jessica's call on one phone and the bank on another call and she waited there very patiently with me on hold for over 10 minutes for a bank rep to handle the situation in the meantime i lost my seats and she redid the entire reservation for my children and i while still waiting for authorization from the bank that is customer service at its best!!!!!

It took so long for confirmation (again polar vortex) that he called me back instead of having me wait on the phone. He was very pleasant and friendly. Great experience!
