These people are bunch of dishonest cr**ks who like to scam vulnerable people in US, UK and Australia. Criminals like their boss Amit Chauhan should be in jail for scamming people and running a scam call centers. These scamsters are ruining the image of hard working Indians who work in reputed Call Centers. You can run, you can hide but you can not escape from your Karma. This is not a reputable travel agency. Their own website says"FareMart Inc. is an US-based online travel agency' THEY ARE NOT. The address they put up recently, is an address that many different businesses use, they do not have even a store front in the USA, they are in India. If they can't be honest about that then what can they be? turns out their CEO has been arrested for running fraud ring out of a call center there and has operators claiming to be Delta airlines. BBC panorama documented this and times of india covered in their newspaper The have also disregarded a letter from BetterBusinessBureau in the US about the mounting complaints. From BBB website Quote BBB files indicate a pattern of consumer complaints filed against this business. Consumers primarily report concerns around service, advertising, refund and customer service issues. Regarding service issues, consumers allege that they are under the impression that their flight is secured but are later told by the airline that their flight was never secured forcing consumers to book another flight at a much higher rate. Further, consumers allege that they do not receive their e-ticket and that when reaching out they are informed that they will need to pay the current fare price, which is higher than what was originally quoted. Regarding advertising issues, consumers allege they are unaware that they are dealing with a third-party travel agency and believe they are interacting with the airline directly. Moreover, consumers claim that when refunds are promised or owed, they are never received. Lastly, consumer allege that the business puts consumers on long holds, fails to return calls and fails to notify consumers regarding issues or changes with booking. On November 25, 2019, BBB submitted a written request to the company encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints. As of January 03, 2020, BBB has had no response. I would post the link to BBB website, but they don't allow links to be posted. Look up Jim Browning "spying on the scammers" on youtube and see if you want to do business with them.

This company has been proven to be a scam site. Their customer service pretends to be Delta Airlines and asks for the customer's username and password to login to their accounts. Also this company has ties to other scam companies. Do not trust this company!
