Mar 17,2020This is a scam company. Jim Browning has proven so on his youtube channel. If you look for it, you can find the evidence. Please do not bother with this company and their predatory practices. They have been taking down reviews for reasons I can only assume is to save face. I ask Trustpilot to investigate for themselves.

Mar 11,2020When I searched for international tickets, Faremart's price was slightly lower than others. I finished the online booking and got an email asking for a copy of my ID and credit card. It raised a flag. I called in and told them that was not a regular process and I didn't want to do that. They spent minutes explaining why they can not issue me a ticket number but I was not convinced. I asked them to cancel the booking. They accepted it. They sent me an email confirmation about the cancellation. I have proof that the booking was cancelled. ( they stated they could not issue a ticket without a copy of the CC) I went ahead an purchased tickets from another provider. 2 day later I see ticket charges from Faremart on my credit card. I called in and questioned it. They said ticket was already issued( although I did not authorize it, and they said they cancelled it) They said they were trying to get a refund from the airline. They sent me an other email confirming it was cancelled and I was going to get my refund. Since then I call in every week checking on the status, but they fail to come up with a logical excuse other than saying they are waiting to hear from the airline. When I called the airline, they were clueless about a claim like this and told me to contact the agency to charged me. It has been 2 months and I still did not get my money back. I want to take legal action

Mar 09,2020Definitely a scam call centre. They've been exposed online. Just search faremart India scam. I'm surprised that they've even had positive reviews in the past (before being busted). They've probably been writing themselves good reviews in the past. Can't believe they are still trying to defend their doddgy ways and act like they are a legit business. Avoid these guys. They've been exposed on YouTube.

Mar 09,2020Jim Browning & karl Rock (YouTubers) identified this place as a scam center, they hacked their computer system and CCTV, proved this beyond a reasonable doubt. BBC Panorama did a special on this company, BBC Panorama 2020, season 3, episode 2, "Spying on the Scammers." It is an undeniable takedown, this place is entirely a scam, proven, the owner is in prison as we speak, as are his managers and accountants. If you ever did business with these criminals, look into this and contact your bank to reverse the charges, if possible.

Mar 09,2020Do not use this business! Very unprofessional travel company to work with. The rates are nowhere near as competitive as other popular travel search sites. If you have an issue with your flights, they will try to rip you off with additional outrageous chargers. You are better off using Kayak or Orbitz.
