Mar 03,2020This is a fake travel agency with the owner running a scam call center based in Delhi, India. Hopefully, the Indian police dept is able to round up all the criminals including its owner Amit Chauhan and jail the owner for atleast 10 years and the others for 2 - 5 years. Stay warned.

Feb 14,2020MUST READ: Avoid using this third party. First of all, I want to say that this is a true and honest review posted on 02/13/2020. I never post reviews but I though it was worth informing other folks of the following events. I booked an international flight through Skyscanner and ended up in Faremart's website because the tickets appeared to be the cheapest of all. However, everything comes at a cost. Right after purchasing my tickets, I receive a confirmation email that states very clearly that the email is not proof of having a valid ticket or boarding pass, and that I will be receiving the boarding passes soon after. Minutes after this, I receive a call from Faremart in which they want to confirm my purchase and verify my passengers information to make sure I was the person who purchased the flight - weird as hell that they would do this through a phone call and very unprofessional if I must say so myself. A few more minutes after I hang up, they call me again and they tell me that the price I originally bought the tickets for is no longer available due to some sort of error with the airlines' website. They ask me to accept a charge of an additional $35 per person if I want to purchase this flight - say NO. In all honesty, I will never know whether this error was actually true, but any professional company would have covered the cost as this is clearly their mistake. I literally received an email with the original cost of the transaction and later on I received another one where they changed the price. Who does that other than a scammy company. After I was invited to and accepted the charge or else I would have lost my reservation and money (no refunds), they tell me I will receive my tickets in 3 - 4 hours - why would it take soooo long!! I am still waiting for the tickets maybe 5 hours after my purchase, not knowing if I will even receive it. I just spoke to a customer representative who told me that it would be another 2 hours to receive the e-tickets. I am probably going to go to bed without the peace of mind that my vacation flight is booked. I would give 2 stars because they have a 24/7 h customer service, but in all honesty, I could not trust a single one of the reps I spoke to, so I will not even give them 2 stars. If you want to save the anxiety and stress, do not use this third party company. It is simply not worth the money you may or you may NOT save.

Feb 12,2020I appreciate faremart getting back to me about the problem with the payment.. They reassured me that everything was fine and that I had no problems with my flight at all. Somebody did reach out and finally corrected the problem. One thing about travel is it's stressful enough without having to worry about your plans getting messed up. But they rectified it. Thank you so much for attending to this issue and addressing the problem..

Feb 07,2020As most 1 star reviews you see here this is just the same. Purchased a ticket from IAH to MNL thought everything was fine. These AH call me saying they could not sale the ticket for the price I paid it was $40.00 more. I told them to go to hell and we ended up agreeing to $15.00 more. I needed to change the dates and they wanted like $600.00 so I requested to cancel the ticket. I got this BS about tickets are non refundable but if I paid them $600.00 up front I would still be required to pay the airline fees and penalties which meant of $1043.51 I would receive $400.00 refund. We agreed to changed the dates at a later time. The day before the flight (Original Date) I attempted to call them several times they knew the number so they would just hang up, Ended up driving to the airport to make sure I had been taken off the flight for fear of no show. I had not been removed this was a play by FareMart to cause me to loose all my money for being a no show. I read a lot of complaints here and notice most get the same reply, we tried to contact you Bla Bla Bla all BS. Last FareMart claim to be here in the USA but not one of them speaks good English. When it comes to doing business with company Run don't walk away from them. This Just in Google the address it's a Tavern.

Feb 04,2020So truthfully at first when I booked my tickets I didn’t look at any reviews off the internet. I booked my tickets got my confirmation but never my actual E-tickets. Shortly I went on the internet to check reviews and there was pretty much bad reviews about scamming and lying and changing prices. I got scared and call them back and they told me to give it 2 more days till I get my tickets. Two days later Joney called me to let me know that he’s sending my E-tickets and to confirm that all Info is correct. I did and I even called united airlines to confirm that this wasn’t a scam. I really want to thank Joney for taking His time and finding us the best prices out there. You really saved us a lot Of money compared to other travel agencies. Thank you for your time and looking to book with you guys again soon
