Make you an offer of 90% Market value and then try to reduce it to 80% after an independent valuation confirms the value as accurate 2 weeks later 😠I suspect the 5 star ratings are their own staff trying to scam more people! Companies like this need shutting down

Apr 06,2022Went to fast sale today because we were let down badly. All the staff was very helpful ,however they did knock more money off the original price . I and my husband did expect this . The service its self was good and always trying to be helpful. The most important thing we wanted to get on with our lives and we have managed that with fast sale today.

Mar 25,2022Made an offer on my flat then once the RICS So they was in tried to knock it down however the survey was obviously done by a surveyor that Had no clue as they were saying there was no parking space et cetera et cetera which is alarming as the facts were not correct. Don’t waste your time with these they are rip-off merchants

From a shock message from our tenants 'Were are moving out, to live nearer to our family' to a short completion bearing in mind the complexity of sales at this time. 'Holding our hands' at all stages of the sale greatly helped. Our experience helped by the fact our property was at the other end of the country ! R & E

Sep 16,2021Jason was first class and very helpful and supportive of my situation and house sale problem! He wasn’t pushy or overbearing either! He listened so patiently to my rants about my sale etc and was there to email or talk to even when he was not actually at work! Even though I didn’t finally have need of his services I appreciated his messages afterwards checking I was ok and things had gone the way they should! I would happily recommend Jason and his company to anyone who is having house sale grief!

Sep 16,2021Hi,I used fast sale today because I needed to sell my house quick.to my surprise I had a bit of a problem,I needed probate my wife died without a will and my property had asbestos.well my assigned agent Robert Lishmund,(Rob).was my to go to person,he was always there for me and was extremely supportive of me.fast sale really did a good job .I was very happy with the valuation of my house.my best experience was the relationship between me and Rob..I would recommend fast sale today because it worked for me.thank you fast sale today for my future..and thanks Rob.

There nothing she wouldn't help with which made the whole process so smooth. She was very helpful and polite, and as they say on the tin if you want your property sold fast then look her up.

Dec 12,2020RIP off merchants Who didn’t do what they promised - - carry out an independent property valuation - find out the facts about the property, i.e how many years left on leasehold instead of incorrect data on B Simmons advert - find out the HPI valuation given by RBS For a property valued at £152k by HPI and £140k by the estate agent (market value) wouldn’t it be fair to say that offers should’ve been over £125k instead of £105k offered by Fastsaletoday? It doesn’t matter what price it was advertised at. The market price valued by a surveyor is £140k. I was prepared to take offers over £125k which is what the estate agent advert clearly showed.

Nov 13,2020Everything happened as it should. All the staff I dealt with responded to any queries quickly. The money went in the bank super fast! The only reason for 4 stars is the initial offer was higher than the actual amount given. It would have been better if someone had come out before any figures given. But the process itself was quick and easy. Thank you.

Oct 22,2020i found my experience with fast sale today to be very fare and hassle free i could not fault their professionalism and was always kept up to date with any developments i would recommend them to anyone wanting to get rid of property left to them in a will or needing to get rid for other reasons let fast sale today do the work for you it wont be market value but it will be a fare value

We were let down by a chain break and really worried we were going to lose our new house, thankfully Fast Sale Today were able to jump in and purchase our house quickly and helped us out with the difficulties of dealing with lawyers. I fully recommend to anyone in a similar situation or anyone needing to get out of a tricky spot!
