Despite the fact that my flat was leasehold and took slightly longer than a normal house I think , I was kept informed every step of the way as to how things were going and this helped lower the stress . For myself , the handing over of the sale to fast sale to continue worked well for me as I had big money problems , and selling the property like this was an excellent solution . I was very cynical about using a ‘quick buy’ company as I had heard lots of negative comments about them. However, following one unpleasant experience with one of these companies and having seen the positive reviews for Fast Sale I decided to give them a try. I wasn’t dissapointed -their attitude from the outset was polite, pleasant and professional. They took the time to explain everything to me, were patient when I didn’t understand something and even went as far as altering some of the wording on their documents in order to ensure I was completely happy. They reassured me every step of the way. My long ambition has been to ditch the bricks and mortar and travel the UK - Thanks to Fast Sale I have now been able to realise this ambition.

It might help Fast Sale Today's reputation if, when you wish to unsubscribe from their emails, they provided links that enabled you to do so In reply to Fast Sale Today, your assertion that my review was misleading is quite wrong. it was an accurate account of my dealings with you. I informed you by text that I was no longer interested in your offer. A competent company would have interpreted that as meaning that I wouldn't want to receive emails either. However, you continued sending me emails. When I attempted to unsubscribe on my email, I wasn't allowed to send the message, when I tried to do the same on my PC, the email was bounced back to me. Put simply the links you provide at the bottom of your emails to unsubscribe don't work.
An excellent company to deal with. Great communication throughout the process. I was struggling to sell my late parents property that was 210 miles away. Constant let downs on viewings with estate agents, no feedback and inaccurate valuations. Fast move gave me a realistic valuation and were totally transparent about how much I would receive from them once the sale went through. All of my many phone calls and questions were answered honestly, professionally and I can’t praise the team highly enough.
I recently tried to use Fast Sale Today. I was in a rush to sell, my house had been on the open market for 2 weeks and I was called by these who offered me 15% off the selling price. As I said I was trying to sell fast so the asking price was already low. Anyway the price they gave was tempting, with a fast turn around available. Anyway I asked to proceed and they sent a local estate agent around to survey/value the house. That estate agent was shocked to see I was trying to sell at a low price. They went away and I was called by a lady from Fast Sale Today. The lady claimed the estate agent had given them a valuation of £30k below the asking price, she also said that a house only 100 yards away had sold for £50k below what it had actually sold for. I know the people that sold that house. Later that day, the estate agent who they sent round called me and asked if I would let them sell the house. I mentioned the valuation they had given Fast Sale Today and they said it was the same as my current asking price NOT 30k less. Which means these people are not honest. Worst thing when dealing with customers is not being honest - so beware of these liars.
We found Fast sale number on the internet we was nervous because we didn't know the company and you hear a lot of bad stories, but once we had spoken to Silvesta we was put at ease. We found that Fast sale gave an excellent and friendly service and would recommend anyone to use Fast Sale.

My experience with FST started with an online 'valuation enquiry' nearly two weeks ago. Shortly after, I was called to discuss the property and asked reasons for selling etc, and subsequently given a provisional offer that same day by text. This was followed up on Monday 20th May 2019 with an emailed confirmation of the provisional offer and this was also posted to me. The offer was subject to an 'independent' local estate agent valuation which was completed on Thursday 23rd May 2019. I was told I'd receive a call shortly after they had received this with a 'true offer' based on the valuation findings. This call was made to me at 19.18 on Wednesday 29th May 2019. In my opinion, and certainly from what I understood from this phone conversation with the representative of Fast Sale Today, all this 'company' actually want to do is buy your home with at least 15% - 20% discount off the market value, based on what you told them about it at the outset, the estate agent report and their own sources of information. So on a £200,000 property, you are giving them £40,000 potential profit. Agreed, they have no estate agent fees or legal fees which they pay their own solicitor for, so let's say £35,000 to be reasonable. In my opinion, and as understood from this same conversation, what they then do is decide if they can sell the property within eight weeks, which is actually less time than an estate agent would probably take in the 'old fashioned' way. They do this by checking recent sales of similar properties in the location. If they can't see any recent similar sales they aren't interested, suddenly. In other words, they just want an easy, quick profit at your expense! So, in my opinion, it would appear they want to act as a broker between you and the buyer, creaming off 15% - 20% of the value in the process. To my mind, they are therefore not 'true' cash buyers, but merely middle men. They certainly do not have your interests at heart, but then again, why should they, it's a business. However, who in their right mind would let them get away with dragging out the process to a 'normal channel' estate agent timescale when you could do that yourself and save yourself a lot of money by doing so? Very shady all round. Not what they appear to be, take every word on their website with a large sack of salt!!! RESPONSE TO FST's REPLY The phone call I received on 29th May 2019 made no mention of a 'reduced offer' (which I would never have accepted). Instead, the person made it very clear that 'FST did not think they'd be able to sell the property on within 8 weeks'. Your response also brings into question exactly what the term 'true market value' really means. By this I mean it seems that you want the best of both worlds, a discount of 15% - 20% off the likely 'reduced from original asking price'. We all know that everybody wants a deal, but you can't have it both ways. Regarding your inability to properly value the property because of a lack of comparable properties in the immediate area. Yes, it is true that where I live is rather unique, with few, if any, similar properties to compare with actually in the village, let alone sold. It is, however, false to say there are three one bedroom flats on the market in this block. There is one on the market, one bedroom, 1st floor, no garden. There are, however, villages such as Olney 7 miles down the road which are probably recognised as valued about 15% over values in my village which you could have compared with. Finally, I stand by my opinion that FST weren't interested in the property because it wasn't an easy re sell in their view, by comparison with a more conventional setting, with far more properties to compare with. The expression 'low hanging fruit' comes to mind I'm afraid.

I approached Fast Sale Today ('FST') when my prospective buyer withdrew, some six weeks after making his offer and when I was in danger of losing the property I wished to buy. I found the FST team friendly, helpful and approachable throughout the process. Within 5 weeks, we went from a standing start to a legally binding contract - and that period included 3 bank holidays. I knew from the outset I would not get full market value for my property - after all, FST is a business and needs to make a profit. Despite being aware of that, I thought their offer for my property was low, even though the rationale behind its level was courteously explained. In the end, I chose to accept the offer to facilitate a quick sale and to keep alive my purchase. I made that choice of my own free will (you are not committed to accept an offer!) and the FST team moved quickly and worked to my timetable once I had accepted the offer. My overall impression is that FST provides a very useful service and the team does so quickly and in a professional manner. As one would expect, the service is not free and the price (in the discount to market value of one's property) may be too high for some. For others, like myself, FST provides a quick way of breaking a log jam and avoids so much hassle of trying to sell in the conventional way.
We didn’t want the hassle of putting our bungalow on the market so gave Fast Sale Today a call. From the first point of contact they have been amazing! Everything was explained and arranged by them, we received a fair offer and they even supplied solicitors for our onward purchase. It was quick and easy with regular calls or emails to keep us updated. There are many property buying companies out there but these are by far the best, Rob Lishmund was our designated consultant and he is truly a credit to the company, thanks Fast Sale Today for a top class service.

After problems sorting the lease on my property, I emailed Fast Sale Today. I knew that without extending or buying the lease the house couldn't be sold. I told them I couldn't trace the land owner but they agreed they would look into it, and would give me an offer for the property if it could be sorted. Just as I thought, wasted 2 weeks if my time by making an offer of one price and then when that's accepted 2 weeks later offer £16000 less telling me an estate agent gave them a valuation £20000 less than the same agent valued it for me. If you are very desperate and are prepared to accept 23/24% less than the value go for it
