Apr 10,2025Moving house day, all the build up and massive stress. Furgusons arrived at 9 with a 3 man team. From that point on everything was not a problem. The team took care of everything and bits I had forgotten were no problem. They were all professional, pleasant and extremely helpful thorough. I praise them as it was not the easiest of routes into my house and they were absolutely unassuming. The anxiety of my day was gone from 9AM I have no hesitation on recommending Furgusons, definitely a first class service all round and value.

The 2 removal guys on the day - Ryan and Joe - were fantastic - efficient, professional and friendly throughout the move - we couldn’t have coped without them. We can highly recommend this company.

Mar 18,2025From the beginning when Stephen arrived to do the survey of our property, it was a painless process. Stephen had a very calming persona when things got tight with dates, which was very much appreciated. The day of removals was even smoother, lads very polite, friendly, nothing was a chore to them. They were extremely hard working, but note to anyone they like their tea, coffee and water, keep them hydrated. Ryan, Sergei and all the team Thank you We highly recommend this business for anyone thinking of using a removal company for a house move etc.

They made a stressful experience as easy as it could be. I thought the overall price was very reasonable given the service they provided. Office staff very pleasant and efficient.

Mar 07,2025Highly recommend Fergusons for the seamless move from Derbyshire to Northumberland. The team were amazing. Liam and Sergie worked very hard to load our home up and kept their cool and humour throughout the loading. Additional help arrived on the day of unloading and they all worked so well together and had the job done in no time at all. We will definitely use Fergusons again. A big thank you to the whole team

Team of 3 arrived, loaded the van in no time and did so at the new house even faster. They took great care of all items including multiple huge mirrors and several large houseplants. Thanks again.

The pricing was very competitive, all questions were answered promptly and I was kept informed throughout the process. I opted for the full packing service which was money very well spent and the team on the day were absolutely great! They were very personable, well-organised, efficient and helpful throughout and removed the stress from moving day! I wouldn't look to use anyone else for future moves now and absolutely recommend Fergusons.

Feb 16,2025Can’t recommend highly enough! From Stephen’s 1 st assessment visit, quote, admin staff, move on the day, all went like clockwork. Nothing was any trouble, communication was exceptional throughout the 2 days, everything they promised happened without a hitch. Special mention to Ryan, Liam and new crew member Adam (you wouldn’t have known) highly professional on our 2 day move. A supply of coffee and Hob Knob biscuit’s, their favourite, is a must. Well worth paying this professional team to do your move!

Jan 18,2025We had a great and easy move with the Ferguson’s team from start to finish. Calls and queries promptly answered, good service from the office team. The two days of our move were quick and smooth (thanks to Liam, Sergei and Ben), who clearly knew what they were doing, packed everything with lots of care and attention and were so fast, fuelled by coffee and good humour. A genuinely positive experience and would definitely recommend them.

Jan 17,2025We used Fergusons for our move right before for Christmas and they were absolutely fantastic. I was super stressed moving week before Christmas with 2 little ones but on the day the lads were amazing Ryan & Ben were just fantastic, nothing was too much hassle for them, they were quick and efficient and took great care moving items and also prepared the new house perfectly so that nothing was marked etc. We did pay for both insurance options on our quote and I'm so glad we did as we needed to change out moving date about a week before and because we had the insurance it was no problem at all. Highly recommended to anyone looking to book and we would definitely use again in the future if needed. Thank you!

Jan 16,2025What a fabulous experience we had from Fergusons. From Quotation from Stephen, to removal day with Ben, Joe, and Liam, everybody was so professional courteous and friendly "oh" and calming on the actual removal day when things took a horrible turn and we thought we were having to go into storage. Thankfully things did a last minuit U-turn and the lads couldn't have been happier for us. It was a long stressful day but can honestly say I don't think we would have got through it, if it hadn't been for the Fergusons lads.

We had a very last minute completion date from our builder, Stephen went above and beyond to squeeze us in before Christmas. Ryan and Joe were fantastic on the day, 2 phenomenal people who took every care with our worldly possessions. Not just that but 2 phenomenal assets to their company, both great to deal with and just lovely people. If I ever need to move again it will be with Fergusons and anyone who I know is moving will get an earful of just how fantastic our experience was.
