Feb 18,2024Hard to believe there are good reviews. I keep finding things that have been damaged or broken. A massive lorry used for a one bedroom flat move and obviously it was not packed together properly. Kitchen lino ripped taking my fridge freezer in . Key lost to my sideboard. Was told it was given to my boyfriend. Not true. I was even given inro trouble for swearing by the older removal man.

Steven the boss explained everything that would happen from start to finish. Liam and Ryan did the move and we're excellent continually asking if everything was ok and if things were in the right place. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

The quote provided by Steve was extremely competitive and on moving day Ryan and the rest of the removals team were all friendly, hard working and considerate when moving items into our new home. I would also add that the girls in the office were all a pleasure to deal with too. Could not fault the great service provided. Would definitely recommend.

Dec 07,2023Fergusons kept in touch regularly up to the date of the move with what to expect, timings etc. On the day, the two representatives, Dean and Ryan, arrived in good time and I showed them everything that had to be moved and where to. They were extremely professional, polite and helpful. Everything was carried out to a high standard and they were very trustworthy. As an elderly lady on my own, it was good to have such skilled people helping me and not having to do anything myself. I would highly recommend Fergusons to anybody who needs to move and finds it a daunting task. Fergusons make it so easy for the customer. Thank you.

Dec 05,2023I moved with Fergusons last year, and again this year, every time has been outstanding. From the first telephone call with Lizzy to discussing items to be moved with Stephen. The crews worked so hard and did not stop all day, even in the awful weather what a great bunch of lads, absolute credit to the company. To my delight I received a Christmas card from the crew a little extra touch made my day. A special thank you to Naomi for helping me with my removal dates and making sure we are in our new home for Christmas, I have been let down previously by another removal firm as they didn’t have my preferred dates but Fergusons made sure our move went smoothly without any worries! Hopefully I won’t need to move again, but if I do, it will be with Fergusons!

Came out and I received the quote next day, which was very reasonable considering we were going from Northumberland to Rutland.Fully explained their services. I packed myself,but they supplied all the boxes and paper.Arrived on the day, dismantled the bed, which my hubby offered to do but they said they were happy to do it. They were careful with all my things especially my crystal, which there was at least 4 boxes of. They covered the floor. In all a great service. They were just as helpful at our new property. Couldn't fault the 2 guys. Would highly recommend Fergusons

Nov 11,2023I have used Ferguson's to assist with a big house move, because of the amount of stuff I have used a removal company for the first time rather than doing it myself, tell you what, it is the best way of moving. They were great from start to finish, getting a quote, booking it and then the communications was great. On the day the guys turned up and the issue with parking didn't bother them, they have found a way and didn't complain about it one bit. Ryan, Craig and Dean were really friendly. I explained to them what needs loading and what stays behind. After a brief discussion they gave me an estimate and I just left them to it. Later when they were unloading they followed instructions to a T and when they needed clarification rather than winging it they double checked where I wanted some of the stuff. The overall experience was superb and if I do move again I will defo be using these guys again. Thank you again, you made this day a lot easier.

Oct 25,2023I am 73 and disabled the two guys Andy and his partner were amazing. They never stopped. They made sure I was ok all day. They took great care with my possessions. There was humour and banter going on between us all all day. It was a struggle to get a wardrobe through the front door. But they didn’t give in I can’t praise them enough!

I would like to thank Ryan and the team for going above and beyond to ensure that we were able to move into our new home on the day of completion. On what was a very stressful day, which was pushed right to the 11th hour, Fergusons were totally reliable, understanding, flexible, and personable - we can’t thank them enough for being so supportive. The whole end-to-end experience, from first phone call, to using their storage facility, all the way through to the point they delivered our contents safely to our new home was first class. We wouldn’t use or recommend anyone else.
