Dec 11,2024Fergusons was great from start to finish. Easy communication with Stephen (operations) and Elizabeth in the office. The actual move handled by Paddy and Liam (and later on Ryan in the day) was amazing. They were very efficient, extremely helpful and super friendly. Special shout out to Paddy - gave me so many helpful tips as I was having to do a lot of last minute packing, made me feel so at ease - what an absolute gem! It made such a difference in making one of the most stressful days of life, a great experience. I actually felt quite tearful as they drove away from our house! Would highly recommend Fergusons!

Dec 11,2024Amazing experience - we had a complex move which involved moving to a house in Lincolnshire and the remainder of our furniture to storage for 6 weeks then a final move to another house. The experience was seamless and having Ferguson do the moves certainly reduced the stress. Nothing was too much trouble and the lads could not do enough for us. Genuinely great great service, thankyou To anyone looking for a removal company chose this one !

Dec 10,2024Ben, Aaron (and Stephen back in the office) have done an excellent job moving some boxes and bookcases into storage for me. On time, polite and professional. It took me two weeks to pack everything and it was all neatly stacked in the lorry and ready to go in less than an hour. Fergusons have always been excellent with me, whether moving in the UK or abroad. Thoroughly recommend.

Aaron, Ben, Ryan and Sergei carried out the move and they were all very hard working and a pleasure to have around. We have moved many times and the Ferguson team is the best we have experienced by far.

It was ridiculously late by the time they got finished but did everything with a smile and cheery chat. So impressed with them and I can’t praise the lads enough.

Nov 16,2024Sergy and Ryan moved us today. Top class crack, the hardest grafters. Nothing was too much and they made a very stressful few weeks much more bearable. The day went the smoothest it possibly could of! Fergusons were great at fitting us in at short notice as well, and a really good price!

Sep 06,2024Moving home is a horrifically stressful time. You struggle to sleep on the nights leading up to the 'big' day worried in case things go wrong. We needn't have worried, the huge purpose built removal truck rolled up bang on time, the three removal guys, Ryan Sergey and Liam introduced themselves, the lads quickly put us at ease and carried out their work with good humour, care and efficiency. They looked at the job to plan the sequence, then carefully and methodically removed our belongings to the truck. We had forgotten to pack a few things and there were items we had been using up to that morning. Not a problem, they produced boxes and tape and they were quickly packed for us. Two great features of the Fergy service is that they dissemble bed frames etc, transport them, then reassemble them for you. They also bring hanger rigs, lift all the hanging items in your wardrobes and put them directly in the wardrobes of your new home, and all this is in with your standard price! This was not an easy move, with heavy objects of woodworking machinery involved, I was impressed to see the manager (Steven) arrive to help with the muscle power and supported the lads with this tricky task, and at both ends of the move. End result - a large house move done in a day, zero breakages, zero walls marked or damaged and everything delivered exactly where we asked. I cannot recommend Fergusons enough, professional from start to finish and a first class service. Whatever you do if moving home, do not skimp on getting the right people for the job, let Fergys take away the stress and enjoy your move.

Sep 03,2024Moving house can be stressful so its great when you have an experienced team to handle your move. Our recent re location was great helped by the fantastic team of 3 from Fergusons. They helped us meet a deadline in the evening as well. Over the years we have used them a few times & wouldn't risk anyone else. Would fully recommend these guys

Aug 21,2024Please don’t use this company for your removal, if you value your possessions. They broke our dishwasher, cooker, Welsh dresser an wardrobe. I emailed a complaint and asked to claim on the insurance that we paid for and they have just ignored my emails. We are very disappointed and it is going to cost us a fortune to replace these items.
