Apr 15,2021Staff were initially helpful over the phone when I needed assistance to place an online order. However, my order was delayed; I was notified by email that the delay would be approx. one week. It actually took more than two weeks, but once it got processed, the shipping via Canada Post arrived even earlier than expected. Overall I'm satisfied with how things turned out.

Apr 09,2021I placed an online order for the first time. Unfortunately the items I ordered were out of stock and back ordered, but the customer service was great and I received a full refund for the out of stock items. I look forward to ordering again when the items return.

Apr 09,2021Finlandia was very responsive about my online order, clarifying the shipping time and giving me the option to cancel the express shipping if I wanted to. I asked them to call me once the shipment arrived and they agreed right away. The customer service was great, I just wish that the shipments could arrive faster - but I know that with covid that might be difficult. Otherwise always love their products and shopping with them!

Mar 17,2021I made an order online and waited for it to be ready for almost one month. I corresponded with Online Customer Service Finlandia Pharmacy & Natural Health via email, and had to remind them to keep me updated and they emailed about my order being ready and waiting for me to pick it up only after my email with the question what's going on. Also, my emails were often responded on the next day. Finlandia Pharmacy is the biggest store of the kind where I almost always find what I need but when the product I'm looking for is not available, the staff are not knowledgeable enough to redirect me to resources where I could find what is not available at the store. I have been a regular customer of the store and will be in the future, but am not 100% happy with their service.

I enjoy interacting with their staff, they are all attentive, very knowledgeable and always helped with their suggestions. My kids love to visit the store too, they like to interact with Tanja each time we are at Finlandia. I would definitely like to recommend this place for everyone who are looking for a helpful place for health and wellness services.

Mar 02,2021This is a great pharmaceutical option for purchasing medication at a much more reasonable price than can be found in the US. The B12 that I purchase is exactly the same as I have previously obtained here but is considerably less e pensive. Their website is easily navigated, service is excellent and shipping is very fast. I recommend Finlandia without any hesitation.
