Mar 19,2023Continuous issues regarding on-line orders: 1) Charging for products which are not in stock, or not available resulting in merry-go-round of credit card charges then refunds and e-mail apologies. On-line website shopping is under-par, for years now.

Then received an email saying “sorry, website was inaccurate and we are out of that product and won’t take orders. So, we lost the sale, discount and no product.
