Nov 05,2024Over 50 years ago I nearly bought the original Seiko Pogue on a run ashore from my ship in the Persian Gulf. I hesitated and bought a Citizen digi-ana and a ladies Seiko automatic for less than the Seiko cost, and have lusted after one ever since. The price and/or quality of used ones ruled them out, but now the reimagined issue hits the spot, it's beautiful and solar too which is great, I have a few Citizen eco-drives, but this Seiko is my new favourite. Great service from Fist Class Watches and the best price available too, thanks to 10% off for my first purchase.

Nov 04,2024I made a purchase from Germany and had to receive the item as quickly as possible, the watch was intended for my father who had a birthday in the following days. My watch was sent by EXPRESS within a few working days. As the product was accidentally mixed up, they delivered the right one straight to Germany within 2 days (extremely quickly). Customer support was also in close contact with the pricing team. I have not experienced such a fast response time (sometimes only minutes/seconds) and target-orientated customer service from any company for a long time. Hats off to the colleagues in England/Birmingham and an extremely high recommendation from me. I wish I would know the Name of the ppl, who helped me along the way to make sure my Dad got his present in Time. If you are reading this thanks a lot! I hope you guys keep up the work! Nov 04,2024Top drawer experience with FCW. One might call it first class even ;-) and that would be exactly right. Excellent overall value and multiple options to choose was the starting point from an easy to navigate website. Tremendous value (price) was the next attraction to placing an order, but the real value comes post order with proactive communication, setting expectations and making the customer experience feel wanted and valued. In my case there was a multiple order, with one item (the Garmin EPIX watch) in stock and an additional titanium bracelet not in stock. So as not to hold deliveries up, FCW shipped the watch separately and a very short time afterwards the bracelet arrived. All excellent and very happy to support a local business with a strong, evident human touch as opposed to a faceless conglomerate that has you interacting with 'bots'. To end on a positive, my inaugural experience with FCW has been very positive, superb value, great comms, and a satisfied customer with a great piece of kit. Thank you!
