I received it on the 10th, much faster than anticipated, very pleased about that. Also, the watch was very good value, having purchased it in the sale and also with an extra discount for my first order. I am thrilled with the watch. Jan 23,2025Worst company ever, I made a purchase 10 October of 2024. It has been more than 4 months and still no received. I sent mails to customer services more than 4 times. They always looking for it, still no conclusion. They do not refund either. They always telling me that “we will resolve” How come they solve this issue? Please do not say “sorry for inconvenience” do something useful and refund my money!
