Having the opportunity to book a vet appointment within half an hour to put a worried mind at rest without the hassle of taking my kitten to the vet is just excellent. Both vets I've spoken to were lovely, easy to chat to & extremely knowledgeable. Couldn't recommend enough!

Taking time to listen and explain the possible issues and what the course of action was. Will definitely use their services again - absolutely excellent!

Nov 10,2020My dog Taylor was poorly and stressed. I booked a consultation with FirstVet UK. It was so helpful to get quick, expert advice in the comfort of my own home, without having to take Taylor to an emergency vet. I felt supported and re-assured and was able to wait to see Taylor's usual vet in the morning. I was told what to watch out for, in case I had to take her to be seem before morning. What a great service, thank you.

Saken har skjedd i helgen og skulle være vanskelig å reise til en fisisk veterinær for oss men med Firstvet vi kunne hjelpe hunden våres rask og efektiv. Tusen takk for hjelpen. Vår hund er i god form igjen.

Nov 09,2020We got an appointment at short notice when we thought our puppy had swallowed chewing gum and might get xylitol poisoning. The vert was very calm and explained the symptoms which would show if he had swallowed it. The 15 minute consultation was more than enough time to talk everything through and the vet seemed very knowledgeable. We're very grateful for this service as a first port of call when we needed to speak to a qualified very quickly, outside of our vet practice's hours.

Nov 09,2020Eläinlääkäri oli erittäin asiantunteva ja saadut ohjeet varmaankin toimivat useimmissa tapauksissa. Ainoa ongelma on suomalainen lainsäädäntö, kun lääkäri ei voi määrätä esim. antibiootteja tai muita lääkkeitä näkemättä eläintä. Joskus on niin, että kun on pitkä matka eläinlääkärille, eläimen tilasta johtuen on käytännössä mahdotonta lähteä kuljettamaan sitä lääkäriin. Tässä tapauksessa esim. oli niin, että jos koira olisi ripuloinut autoon kuljetuksen aikana, auton olisi saanut polttaa, siivoaminen olisi ollut täysin mahdoton tehtävä. Muuten palvelukokonaisuus on viiden tähden arvoinen.
