Nov 08,2020Første møte med FirstVet, og det med god opplevelse. Veldig enkelt å forstå og komme i gang. Fikk tid fort (ca én time etter at hunden vår fikk skade), og konsultasjonen gikk veldig fint. Filmet hunden og forklarte situasjonen. Dyrlegen stilte spørsmål og vi «sjekket» hunden etter beste evne gjennom veterinærens instrukser. Dyrlegen fremsto erfaren og dyktig, og hjalp oss godt hele veien. Det var veldig deilig å slippe å ringe vakthavende dyrlege på en lørdags kveld, og slippe lang kjøretur. Godt å få pålitelig tilbakemelding fra erfarne fagfolk om hva vi burde gjøre. Anbefaler mer enn gjerne FirstVet til andre!

Nov 07,2020Second time of using this superb service. Both times we have found it easy to use with a range of very timely appointments offered which is great if you have a pressing concern. The vet we have had both times, Dr Emma, is amazing - thorough, professional, reassuring and a very good listener. We really like the way you get a written report emailed through too. Another plus is that Dr Emma has been willing to look at a range of treatment options - not just medicine, but also diet, physio etc. Highly recommended. Thank you.
