Oct 24,2020I booked an appointment at 06:15 for 07:00 as our puppy needed review. The vet was very good and the technology worked very well, I have received an email with what has been agreed going forward. I cannot recommend this service enough - especially as this is provide free through our pet insurance Bought By Many.

Oct 24,2020The consultation was absolutely brilliant. Not only are you in the comfort of your own home, it is a more personal experience as going to the vets with current Covid crisis is now a very strange experience having to stay outside whilst a nurse collects your puppy and delivers back to you in the car park. Dr Zoe Miller greeted you with a lovely welcoming smile, was very reassuring and gave me tips and recommended treatment to eliminate Poppy’s sloppy bloody stools. I would not hesitate to recommend this service. Woke up this morning worried only to be totally reassured following the consultation. Thanks to Dr Zoe Miller xx

Oct 23,2020Very useful service to be able to have a video consultation with a vet, particularly in the current circumstances. There were lots of appointments available so I was able to schedule one on my lunch break. It is obviously difficult for a vet when they can't physically examine the animal but it was good to be able to discuss the issue. Whilst there was no definitive answer from the vet there were various suggestions for me to try. I would definitely use the service again.

Oct 23,2020Har brukt appen flere ganger og møtt på forskjellig veterinærer og hatt en god opplevelse hver gang. Spesielt hjelpsomt i de tilfellen man er usikker på om man trenger å ta med den firbeinte til veterinær eller kan avvente - har fått gode råd hver gang for forskjellige problemer.

My mind was put at rest by Adriana and given excellent advise and things to medicate at home. Everything that I was told was confirmed in an email. Excellent service. Would highly recommend.
