Despite the cat hiding during the consultation, Dr. I was patient and clear in providing advice. I was given a clear and concise journal after the consultation. I was very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Feb 22,2024Köpte hundmat Acana Adult! Får i beskrivningen på hemsidan att den ska vara flundra i säcken men när vi får vår mat så är det utbytt mot Kummel! Mindre och inte alls lika feta kulor längre l! Hunden gillar inte maten med kummel så det blev att kasta säcken! Känns som billig Matkopia från Asien

The video call was excellent we was given great advice and our minds set at ease. The emailed journal was brilliant it detailed our pup’s symptoms what was discussed so we didn’t have to worry we had forgotten anything important. Highly recommend this service.

Jan 23,2024Tyvärr fick man ingen hjälp. Betala 700 kr för att venetianaren konstaterar att på 1 minut att han inte vet vad det är för fel, och ber oss kontakta en "Vanlig" veterinär för att titta på djuret.

Nov 28,2023FirstVet is "included" by my pet insurance. When I went to use the 24/7 vet service it wouldn't send me a code so I could not speak to a vet online to give me advice. Almost 2 months later, I've had a call apologising and saying this is now fixed. That is great, however I am paying £107.11 a month for insurance that INCLUDES 24/7 online veterinary advice. I have paid for services that were not provided.

Nov 10,2023Har använt till olika veterinär frågor, en gång fick jag en jättebra veterinär, ena gången fick jag en jättedålig.. är väldigt olika vilken hjälp man får eftersom man oftast inte får samma person. Kan rekommendera oavsett, då det är jättebra för den som har fria samtal via försäkring, perfekt vid mindre problem. Deras online butik är jättebra! Skrev till kundtjänst och gick snabbt och trevligt svar. Snabb leverans, rekommenderas!

Nov 08,2023As others have said, this company advertises deals & is happy to take your money. You receive an order notification email & wait for days for your order to arrive. Only to eventually receive a refund, with no courtesy email to say they've cancelled (or are unable to fulfill) your order. Terrible, non-existant, customer service. Potential buyers beware. Would not recommend!!!

Nov 03,2023Absolutely rubbish company. Advertising products they don't have in stock at a discount then just refund the payment without any correspondence whatsoever and then find out the items are still for sale but at over full price. Just a scam to gain your trust.

Sep 25,2023Veterinären var otroligt bemötande och gav bra råd på en söndag när ALLT på landet är stängt gällande ett sår som min hund fått i skogen. Då min sambo står på försäkringen och inte var närvarande vid onlinebesöket var jag tvungen att betala. Kontaktade kundtjänst på uppmanande av veterinären måndagen efter och fick tillbaka pengarna bara en liten stund efter jag mailat. Otrolig service från början till slut!

Sep 01,2023I had a great experience with FirstVet. I had a non emergency issue with my dog that I new I needed to monitor, but had no idea when I should take my dog to see the vet. A lovely vet explained to me when I should do that and what symptoms should prompt me to see the vet earlier. Exactly what I needed! Highly recommend!
