Excellent service bought my BMW in for a service and a MOT. Can not thank enough for the service they have provided. I must say this garage is genuine and honest. They go threw the repairs itemized and do not pressure sales you into anything you do not need. The face that hey are RAC approved speak highly of them. Would definitely go back for my MOT and service. Thank you Five Star.

Had air con problem which was identified quickly and replacement ordered and fitted as soon as it was available. I am happy that 'I am cooled' in the recent hot weather. Great service from Five Star Autocentre

Five Star are well named! I contacted them when I had problems with my Fiat Ducato campervan, after I had first tried a number of commercial Fiat dealers who were all less than helpful. By contrast, Five Star were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to check out my issues and give me advice. After such a positive experience I will have no hesitation in using their services in future.

Booked my car in today for a Gold service & MOT and i’m so impressed by the standard of service given from start to finish - and for a great price! The main dealerships could learn a lot from these guys. I will definitely be coming back and will recommend to family & friends. Thanks to all for your help and service given.

The technician ruined the locking wheel nut while attempted to remove my wheels with a pneumatic tool while the car was off the ground. He offered to remove the nut with a hammer and chisel and I was given a quote for £103 £45 parts plus £58 labour. I later managed to get the 2 stuck nuts removed myself one with the damaged key once the wheel was on the ground and the other came off easily once I had a nut welded on. I bought replacements on ebay. But I am still out of pocket. Re comments from 5 star. It is not possible to chisel off ford locking nuts as they have a loose ring that slips around to prevent thieves doing just that. 5* have not given an adequate explanation as to why the nuts were still on tight and the car was off the ground when I inspected it. As the locking nuts should have been cracked with a hand tool before the car was raised. 5* prefer to issue flat denials rather than take responsibility for an error on their part. With the benifit of hind sight I should have 1 cracked the nuts my self before or B not used 5*. I will not be using them again.

Five Star Autocentre are a great, trustworthy garage with very helpful and friendly staff. They explain everything in detail and never pressure you into spending more money on unnecessary repairs. I've taken my car here a few times now and each time the work has been excellent and the cost broken down clearly so you understand where your money is being spent. They keep you updated on the progress of your repair via phonecalls which is a great touch so you're always informed on what's happening. Plus they offer courtesy cars if you need one whilst yours is in the garage. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this great fair, independent company!

Great customer service and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Took car in for a service here for the first time, they found things which should've been checked/repaired at previous services/MOTs I'd had done at a different garage but were missed, so they rang me to discuss before continuing with the repairs. Great service and I'm now confident my car is running as it should.

I took my car in for a service after being recommended by a friend. It was ready by lunchtime, washed and valeted. They were very honest and thorough. No extra work was needed so I just paid the price of the service, which was cheaper than what I have paid before. Would definitely recommend.
