Nov 25,2019Firstly I ordered the wrong size flag, which arrived on time. I then reorder the correct one, which again arrived on time and on in very good condition. The quality of the material was very good, as with the eyelets. It also hung well on the flagpole. The flag that I had returned, I received the full amount back into my account. Well done Flags and Flagpoles.

Oct 25,2019If stuff goes wrong, they work hard to fix it. I've been using this firm without issue for years. I bought a flag and washed it before use, like I usually do, and it ran badly. They didn't just send me another one, they got one from a different supplier, washed it themselves and THEN sent it to me :-) You can't ask for more than that.
