Jun 09,2015As always, I felt I had a great service. Unfortunately the first flag I ordered did not arrive (and still hasn't), but on contacting Flags and Flagpoles, they quickly rectified the situation and organised for a new one to arrive the very next day.

May 14,2015I was so impressed with the Deluxe pole I bought. I wanted to display an RAF ensign especially as not long leaving after many years. Also I live in the lake district and hope the low flying RAF jets which fly over will see it. The quality is real good better than expected and it really looks good standing prominent. Very impressed
