Mar 09,2024The pole and the brackets are sturdy. Delivery was quick. I was using extension brackets to clear some guttering, but there were no bolts for these. That caused additional delay and expense. If you have the same issue, the bolts required are M12.

Mar 06,2024The Flag and pole arrived at the time stated. Our Scout Group flag and pole was stolen and this replaces it. The pole is very sturdy and comes with the rope and cleat

Mar 04,2024Ordered 3 only 1 got delivered. Contacted no reply so rang. These were for my parents. I thought they had 2 delivered until after my phone call then my mother told me only 1 was delivered. Not good when 3 were paid for. Have used the company before and never any issues until this time. They did say when I rang that they would send one out free of charge! It's not free because it/they had already been paid for. So if they read this, then they still owe my parents another flag 🤷♀️ Replied sending another flag. Thank you 👏👏

Jun 11,2024After submitting images and agreeing to the proof, what I received was nothing like the images. It was grey printing, not black and the flag itself wasnt even a solid white but a grey one. When asked why the image was categorically different than what was provided I was told you cant get a white flag?? Additionally now when I complained there are excuses that it could never be solid black printing and its always gray? I am waiting to see what this company does to improve its service but for now I would AVOID using them.
