Apr 28,2018I specifically enquired as to whether this flag could be delivered to me by Friday as I needed it before than and was told via both online chat and telephone this would not be a problem. It is now Saturday afternoon and still no sign of the flag, which is now useless as the event it was needed for has now passed. Will be requesting a refund.
