It was easy to order, the delivety eas very quick, and when I had a query and rang up itxwas dealt with in a very lnowledgeable, friendly and efficient manner. The flags were just what was needed. All in all... excellent throughout.

Could do with some sort of flag clip soft cover to help eliminate the pinging sound when they tap against the aluminium pole.

I ordered a Danish Flag which was a one meter flag. Good quality though one first opening it I though that the length was out of proportion to the width. I am however happy to stand correct.. Flag is flying and we are now awaiting a new invasion of Vikings Lars

Had to call for clarification of measurements. Very friendly, polite, and happy yo help. delivered the next working day. Easy to assemble and sturdy. Would recommend that they come with ground pegs, as I have had to tie mine to a tree, which doesn't look as professional.

I had to order this in a hurry and had to be guaranteed that it would be delivered to a third party address by a specific date. Flagsandflagpoles did not disappoint and the base did exactly the job it needed to do.

This is the first time we've used this company, we ordered flags printed with the customers logo and flagpoles for wall mounting. The flags, after supplying artwork, turned out just as expected and the flagpoles were just as described. The order was delivered 14 days after being placed, but it does state on the website that 10 days is the standard lead time, so that wasn't too bad. Our customer was very happy. Would definitely use this company again.
