Jul 25,2023Can't fault Fletcher Longstaff again! This was a our second time using them with Craig Dickson acting as our Conveyancer. They are simply brilliant. Their prices and costs are transparent. The IT system the use, is easy to use (Perhaps if emails and attachments were also archived within it too would be 5*) Craig at all times was attentive, gave really good advice and dealt with our buyers demands swiftly and professionally. I made the mistake of using a local conveyancer a while back (who had good reviews) and it was awful. Even the proof of identity system works really well, so there is no excuse not to use them.

While my buyer’s solicitor was variously not in the office/not working that day/not answering the phone or responding to emails, Craig was Always There! I really valued the fact that his responses to my questions were not only very prompt but he took the trouble to explain things, which helped me understand the sometimes extremely frustrating and ponderous processes involved in selling a leasehold property. I am very grateful to Craig and highly recommend him in particular, and Fletcher Longstaff in general. Professional, prompt and personal.

The Fletcher Longstaff IT system is great: you can see how far along the process you are and what happens at each step. Craig Dickson was amazing, so easy to talk with, very switched on during the whole process, very professional, timely. Apr 28,2023I instructed FL for the sale of my London property based on the positive Trust Pilot reviews. While there were cheaper options available online, the service cost significantly less than the options in London and the South-East. Craig Dickson acted for me on the sale. Throughout he was attentive, updated me regularly on the stages of the conveyance, and gave clear advice. Critically - and this is rare for conveyancers- the firm responded promptly to emails and made sure that the completion date I wanted, was met. The contrast with the other party's solicitors - who took weeks to review documents and repeatedly needed to be chased- could not have been greater. This firm was worth every penny. Highly recommended.

The service offered by Tom Hansen was supreme and impossible to fault. He was always available and kept me in the loop whenever a new development happened. The sale was completed in 6 weeks and I am sure it would have been even sooner if the buyer 's solicitor was as committed to it as Tom was. Highly recommended!

After a really poor and slow experience with one of the big conveyancers, with Fletcher Longstaff, I could get my named conveyancer at the end of the phone directly. I was in a chain of 5 and my conveyancer Craig was so good at chasing the various parties when the process was stalling. There was absolutely no need for any chasers and Craig was extremely proactive throughout the whole experience. Craig was really able to instill trust and confidence after I had been let down by the big player conveyancers and I'm really glad I ended up choosing Fletcher Longstaff to help me buy and sell a home. We got in contact with them with an urgent conveyance (2 months and a half to complete) and they've delivered without problems. Working with Gareth was great. What we liked: - quick and competent response on any query - fast completion - simple explanations in the response - clear advise for what we needed to pay attention to What could be improved: - Minor, but I'd have loved if they recommended a trusted surveyor If I'll ever buy another house, I'll use this company 100% guaranteed.
