Andrew was very responsive and the longest I ever waited for a response to either email or a phone call was about an hour. There was only one little problem with my indemnity insurance policy that they purchased for me which is not transferable despite what I was told, and there has been no follow up since I informed them. other than that, everything else went smoothly.
