Thanks to his quick proactive follow up, I was able to get the changes to my meal subscription done easily. I am always impressed when a customer support person takes the initiative to reach out after not hearing a response, and it quickened my time to resolution and increased my user experience. May 14,2024I contacted customer service because I’m going on vacation and wanted to pause my orders for a certain amount of days which is the end of this month. Luz emailed me in the morning and texted when I didn’t respond a few hours later. After giving Luz the exact days, I got the email response I was looking and the weekly delivery will continue when I get back.

May 15,2024If 0 stars was an option I would have given 0 stars. DO NOT USE THIS FOOD SERVICE! They try to do anything to keep you stay as a customer, they will not respond to you during the day, but will message back in the middle of the night, the meals are not as good as other meal services I have tried, and they do not help you with creating an account so you can edit your weekly meals. I have been stuck for 3 weeks now getting what they send me and not being able to eat some of it. This meal service is nothing but a scam and has terrible customer service!
