Apr 10,2024I had put a date on my next order that was about a month in advance. Even though I received an email to check my order prior to midnight on Monday, I totally spaced out and didn't get it done. On my last order, I had ordered large meals instead of the regular meals, and I was afraid that I was going to get large meals again. Luz helped me changing some of my meals and changed my large meals to regular ones. She was extremely helpful and I truly appreciate her help. The large orders are very large.

I contacted customer service and spoke with Marcela and she helped sort everything out.
