Feb 11,2023I did a search through Skyscanner and was led to Flight Trotters as they had the cheapest fare for the flight that I wanted. At first I was a bit worried because they were £80 cheaper than the airline itself. I did a search in Trustpilot for their reviews. It seemed good so I went ahead to make a purchase. Went through the purchase process, used my credit card in order to give me extra protection. Within second I received an email saying that my booking received but was not confirmed and asked me to give them a call. So I did, spoke with Raymond, he told me the fare that was on offered no longer available and asked if I could use a DEBIT CARD to make a booking in order to get the next cheapest fare. Alarm bell started ringing and I refused. He cut me off on the phone immediately. I was so worried and called my credit card company, at that moment nothing had been taken by Flight Trotters. My credit card company blocked my card and arranged a replacement. As far as my experience with them is concerned, I will not recommend using them.
