Feb 02,2023DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY - TOTAL SCAMMERS. I DOUBT MY FLIGHTS WERE EVER ON OFFER IN THE FIRST PLACE. Hands down the worst travel company I have ever dealt with. I booked flights to Las Vegas on New Year's day. Within 24 hours I was offered completely the wrong flights at completely different price. After informing them that this was not what was offered I was told I would qualify for a full immediate refund. Four weeks of constant phone calls and emails, wasting many hours of my time have finally resulted in a refund. Promised on multiple occasions that a refund was being processed - these were straight up lies. Members of staff include Carol and Lucifer - not to be trusted! I have no idea where the 5* reviews come from, I can only imagine that they are fake reviews!
